This home offers guests 3 floors of living space, all designed with guests’ comfort and needs in mind! Rich decor pairs historic charm, like exposed brick, with modern touches and luxury finishes. Enjoy fabulous entertaining spaces on the 1st and 3rd floor, both complete with outdoor spaces, state of the art technology, plush bedding, and so much more!!
Each floor is broken down below so you have a better idea what to expect.
First Floor
-Living room with tv and gas fireplace
-Dining room with seating for 10
-A well-stocked kitchen with all of the necessary supplies for you to cook your favorite meal or mix up a craft cocktail. Coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, popcorn are all provided! Plus, tons of serving ware and glassware!
The kitchen also features an oversized island with counter seating for 4.
-Private courtyard patio with seating and dining spaces, plus a wood-burning fire pit!
-Powder room
-Garage with parking for 1 compact car
Second Floor
-Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with king bed and attached en-suite, including over-sized closet
-Bedroom 2: 2 days beds with trundles (sleeps 4)
-Bedroom 3: Queen bed with attached desk area off bedroom
-Full bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3.
-Laundry room

-Bedroom 4: King bed
-Full Bathroom
-Wet Bar with wine fridge and tons of glass ware for your favorite beverages!
-Family Room with oversized sectional, tv, and games!

Parking for one COMPACT car is available in the attached garage, but larger cars will not be able to fit! The garage can only be accessed by a narrow alley, so please be aware that anything other than a COMPACT car is highly discouraged.
Ample street parking is also available, but please be attentive to meters and signage. The meters run from 8 am - 9 pm daily and it costs around $15 to park there each day.
Washington Street parking garage is just 1 block away from the house and is normally a great option for overnight or extended parking! Please be mindful that the lot does get full when there are special events going on. Mercer Street garage is also about 2 blocks away.

Over the Rhine, or OTR as it's known by locals, is a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Bustling with the city's hottest bars, restaurants, and retail, visitors to this vibrant neighborhood are able to experience the best of Cincinnati, all within a few blocks.
Be sure to check out a few of Cincinnati's top local breweries, and snack your way through Findlay Market, one of America's oldest outdoor markets. When you've had your fill, be sure to take in Washington Park, and enjoy the stunning facade of Music Hall. With new businesses opening at every turn, there's always something new to see in Over the Rhine and this location puts you right in the middle of it all!
This house is located within walking distance of many attractions, but if you’d prefer not to walk or drive, Uber and Lyft are a great way to get around the city!
Stairs are required for this house and there is no elevator.
Stock the house services available upon request for an additional charge! We will pick up your favorite snacks, preferred drinks, and any other things you need. It will all be waiting for you at check-in! Just send us a message at least 48 hours prior to check-in to arrange!
We also offer an early check in service! Be sure to ask the host about this!
- If you plan on bringing a pet into the house, please be sure to add them to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional $100 dollar fine plus any damage that may occur.

2nd/3rd Floor - Controlled by the 3rd floor bar.
Garage: Feel free to park in the garage! The code will be provide in the check in information. Please note that only compact cars are able to fit in the garage. Please do not attempt to operate the car lift.
Parking: Street Parking at the meters is very easy. Most of the meters turn off after 9PM and then you can park for free. If you download EZ Park Cincy, you should be able to pay via credit card. If you have more than one car and you would like to park in one of the city parking garages, we would recommend Washington Park Parking Garage which is less than one block from the house. The facility offers overnight parking for a fee.
Music: SONOS SYSTEM: We would encourage you to download SONOS on your phone. Once you download, connect to the WIFI and you should be able to use the system without issues. Ask Host if you have any questions at all!
Lights: Please note that some of the lights in and on the house are SMART lights! These will auto turn on at dusk so do not be alarmed!
Check Out:
1. Put all dishes in the dishwasher and start (Dishwasher pods are under the kitchen sink).
2. Take out all trash (trash cans are located in the court yard off kitchen).
3. Adjust temperature to a reasonable number with fan on auto.
4. Secure property.
5. Message host that you are out!
