Great Property

The condo was amazing, perfection location and the staff was great. The only problem is the shower heads in the two guest bathrooms need replacing. Overall great experience and we will definitely be booking again for next year!

This was our 2nd stay at Sienna! We love the complex and all the amenities! We understand why security is so astringent, but it can interfere with the fun!

Enjoyed everything about the stay. Check in concept with coded entry is great. However, we were unable to get in condo for a few hours at check in due to mechanical issue of lock. Not a deal breaker for round two but have maintenance/cleaning verify lock functionality beforehand. Food for thought.

Family vacation

Larger than what was expected. Great location to get to the pool. Bring more towels. There was only enough for a day so I had to wash everyday. Fridge was not level. It leaned forward every time you opened it. These were minor issues and I would definitely stay there again.

Thought I was renting thru VRBO but it turned out to be Biloxi Beach Rental and I paid a lot more than I should have, will not get caught in that trap again!!

March 2023 stay

Resort was clean and the unit was spacious. My main concern was we booked this rental since it had an outdoor pool(us coming from the cold midwest) and we were never told anytime that the pool was under construction, if we would have known about it we would have booked another location. They also started working on the pool before 8am (drilling the concrete that was right outside our window)No response on our complaint as well. Also would recommend they have the keypad for the unit work. Trying to coordinate with 7 adults on who holds the key was kind of annoying.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel I did not get what I paid for. I had NO hot water for 2 days, Wednesday & Friday. My first call to maintenance was answered timely. My 2nd call was not answered timely and no one ever returned my call. So disappointed. I sent a message to have a manager call me on Monday 4/17. The response I received was we will have management contact next week. We have a large event and Monday will be hectic. Again disappointed and waiting on a call from management. Dori Redfern

The property was as described, lovely and clean. We had a small hiccup entering, the door was tricky, and we had an episode for 20 minutes where the smoke alarms were sounding. We were able to reach the property management service, they in turn called maintenance, and maintenance rescued our poor ears by removing the offending alarms! After that initial chaos we settled into enjoying our surroundings and the hospitality of our hosts. We would (and probably will) stay again! The sound of the waves from the Gulf while enjoying our coffee outside erased the memories of the sounds of the alarm!
