There is something for everyone in this large and modern pool home. Open concept living with multiple spaces to relax make this property an ideal beach getaway for a larger group. Four spacious bedrooms, a large updated kitchen, two dining rooms, and three living rooms to pick from, one of which has a pull-out queen couch and can double as a fifth bedroom. Arrive to the beach in just two short minutes by car, or spend all day relaxing in the back yard in the pool or on the deck in the sun. Welcome

Great Location

Family of 11 stayed for a week to attend son’s beach wedding. We had multiple other family members staying nearby. Our house became the central meeting spot because of the large dining and kitchen area and the pool was a hit. Plenty of space to spread out. We we close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. There were beach chairs and pool toys that came in handy. The neighborhood was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Family time

Perfect for our stay with adult kids and their partners. Everyone had plenty of space to have a bit of privacy but also gather for family meals and time to hang out. The primary bathroom is original and needs a good scrub-down but the overall space is great: well equipped and well maintained. Also the host was very responsive to our questions!

nice home close to KSC and beaches

We had a nice holiday here. We visited the space center and Orlando and had a nice day at the beach. The house was perfect. Spacious for 9 people, well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day!

Beach house vacation

Great location, plenty of rooms for everyone. Great communication with host, unfortunately felt it could’ve been a bit cleaner. Found used q tips in the bathroom, and floors seem to not have been cleaned. Other than that, great place to stay.

Perfect place

We had 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a very comfortable pull out couch, so we all had our own rooms. The property manager answered our calls and took care of minor problems immediately ! They were also very friendly. It was as if we were renting from friends!

Great beach getaway

The house was fantastic with plenty of room for our group of 9 - 6 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and well equipped for cooking and hanging by the pool. Very short drive to the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Lots of space and amenities

This place has lots of space to accomodate a big family. The pool was perfect for our 5-year-old. It's a healthy 20-minute walk to the ocean, but the public beaches are very nice. Many restaurants and beaches within a short drive. The area is very family-oriented with friendly neighbors. The owner was very responsive to resolve issues. We would rent her again. (Note - it actually has FOUR bedrooms, but the add only showed three when we booked.)

Beautiful House Centrally Located

Our stay was wonderful! There was plenty of space for our party of 11. The pool was clean & enjoyable. There were even some essential cooking supplies in the kitchen that was helpful. It was nice to have a washer & dryer to keep up with our clothes/towels as well! Would definitely recommend!

Graduation Celebration

Our family enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all of us and the pool items were appreciated. The property was as it was described in the listing. If you are planning to use the pullout as one of your sleeping options be aware that there is an opening between the kitchen/main area and the room that the pull out is in that can not be closed so if your group keeps different schedules that space may not be a good options for you. The only downside of the property for our family is that when the sprinklers were running there was a bad odor and it lingers for quite sometime in the house if you have the windows open. We made sure that all of the windows were closed whenever the sprinklers started. We would rent the home again if we are in the area.

Very clean spacious, we loved the screen enclosure and garage with foos-ball table was a big plus. Take your bicycles, the area is perfect for biking. Hula Moon Tiki grill is best restaurant, thanks for that tip from owners. Bring your passwords for your TV streaming services, no cable, so we enjoyed old disney movies. Great house and owners.

Relaxing, great location

The house is exactly as pictured, it’s in a quiet neighborhood working driving or biking distance to many beaches, as well as stores. It was clean and the beach toys, chairs, towels were an added bonus for travelers coming on a plane. The owner was very pleasant to work with as our plans changed several times. We had a great visit and would stay here again if we are in the area.

Loved it!

We loved the property, the pool, the ambience. The furniture was very comfortable. There were many options for visiting in small groups. The walk to the beach was just the right length. The kitchen was well outfitted. The info book the owner provided was really helpful. We took several recommendations for restaurants and for surfing lessons. Thank you. We hope to return

Great house

Pleasantly surprised at this property! Beautiful house, great location, pool is a bonus! The layout of this house is great. Open floor plan, beautiful kitchen! Bedrooms are good size. Enough dining space for everyone too! The outdoor space is very inviting and pool was a big hit with all ages! Close proximity to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and beach. Quiet neighborhood too. We would all highly recommend this property! Owner/property manager was great to work with and replied quickly if we had questions. Very lucky to have found this house! Was a great experience.
