ESTES PARK BUSINESS LICENSE # 3075 Juli erfordert mindestens 6 Nächte. Schöne, geräumige Fünf-Schlafzimmer + Dachboden hinter dem Abschlag # 9 befindet sich mit einer spektakulären Aussicht nach Norden und auch östlich. Unser Haus ist 3 Ebenen mit der Main-Ebene nur mit 1 Schritt bis zum Familienzimmer. (Es funktioniert gut für jemanden, der keine Treppen benutzen können.) Die Hauptebene hat auch die Küche, Esszimmer, Eintritt, 2 PKW-Garage, großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, Hauswirtschaftsraum, Pulver Bad für Gäste und Außenterrasse. Das Erdgeschoss Ebene hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein weiteres Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten, Bad Hall und ein Media-Raum mit 2 Etagenbetten. Die obere Ebene bietet eine Galerie mit einem Doppel-Rollbett und einem WC.

Das Haus ist so gestaltet, dass es Gäste anspricht, die Luxusunterkünfte für ihren Urlaub wünschen. Wir erlauben keine Wiedervereinigungen, Parteien, Probeessen, usw. Stadt Verordnungen begrenzen Parkplatz zu zwei Autos in der Garage und drei Autos in Einfahrt; Überschuss Fahrzeuge, die mit Geldstrafen und Abschleppdienst. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend auf dem Golfplatz.

Die Küche ist komplett zum Kochen ausgestattet, einschließlich Keurig Kaffeekanne, regelmäßige Kaffeekanne, Handmixer, Topftopf, Mixer, Toaster, Bratpfanne, Mikrowelle und Backofen, und alle Utensilien. Teller, Gläser und Töpfe und Pfannen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben auch einen Grill für Sie zu nutzen.

Wir haben einen Laufstall, Reisebett und Hochstuhl. Allerdings ist unser Zuhause NICHT Baby oder Kleinkind PROOF !!!

Es gibt auch ein Internet-Arbeitsplatz mit kostenlosem WLAN und einem Laserdrucker für Ihren Einsatz.

Dies ist der ideale Ort für Ihren Familienurlaub einschließlich sogar ein oder zwei gut ausgebildete Hunde! Estes Park hat einen strengen Leine Gesetz mit hohen Geldstrafen erzwungen für Haustiere haben. Wir haben eine extra große Kiste und ein paar Hunde-Betten zu.

My adult siblings, spouses, our kids, and our dad stayed the week for a cousins wedding. The house was a perfect location and very accommodating on space. The view was fantastic and we were able to see the deer walk down the hill through the big living room window.

ELK EVERY DAY

We stayed for 9 days, loved every minute of it. The house is huge and comfortable. There were only 3 of us, but it's a perfect place for a large family to spread out and everyone has their own space. Plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. Loved the theater room, a perfect hang out for kids, teens. Mattresses super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the BBQ grill, loved sitting on the big deck watching the many elk, 9 wild turkeys walking by and lots of deer in the yard every day. Close to RMNP and Cousin Pat's restaurant, where we ate several times. Also recommend Claire's restaurant next to my favorite store The Bear's Den. Make sure you walk the Golf Course right outside your door in the evenings, that's when all the Elk are on the course after the golfers leave. Check out was super simple, and loved the nice Washer and 2 Dryers for convenience! Thank you Kris, we loved it and we'll be back!

We enjoyed our week in this very spacious home. Right beside golf course so we enjoyed watching the golfers. Saw lots of elk on golf course. This is our second time staying here and will most definitely rent this house again.

This property was just a perfect fit for our family vacation. The three King bed rooms and bunk bed room helped us and daughters', their spouses and children have the space and comfort they needed. Colorado family vacay

This house was perfect for the 12 of us. 8 adults and 4 kids. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap spices and every kitchen gadget we needed. Lots of dishes, pots and pans and baking dishes. This place is huge and gorgeous. Close to everything, we were able to sit on the deck and living room to watch the fireworks in Estes. Everything was very distinctly labeled so no guess how something works. Over sent extremely detailed info well in advance of our trip. Thanks for helping us make memories.

Amazing Property

The VRBO description does not do thelis property the justice it deserves. The property is so much better then we anticipated. Ther were 9 of us and plenty of space to spread out. Therw are planty of seperate spaces if you want quiet, private dpace sometimes. We all had different sleep schedules and when us old folks went to bed we heard nothing from the others. The sound proofing is great! The deck furniture was large enough for 8 of us to play cards outside and we could have squeezed in more if we needed it. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you mat want to do. They rven had a crockpot we used for pulled pork. Dont be hesitant because of no AC. There are windows everywhere that roll out so you can catch the breezes to cool the house down easily. We had elk and deer everyday. There is a creek jist down the hill that we were able to hear from the bedrooms. For me that is such a relaxing noise Highly recommend! My brother looked at booking another stay this summer with the in laws but they were already booked this year.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed for six adults and four kids. We saw elk, mule deer, and turkey regularly. It snowed while we were there so we got to enjoy sledding on the golf course right behind the house. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future!

Great layout & location; needs attention

The house has a great layout and was very comfortable with a lot of room to spread out. The golf course view was beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and had all we needed. However, there are several things that need attention. After we arrived, one of the grandkids was eating at the breakfast bar and a piece of the tile edge fell off. There were several other pieces that had obviously broken previously and been repaired. We called the owners and, to their credit, they were very quick to get a handyman out to fix it. Later, we realized that the sliding glass door didn’t lock, the screen on the kitchen patio door was ripped on 2 sides so it fell open, and needed to be replaced. There was old tape on it, but it didn’t hold. There were no screens on the kitchen sink windows, so we killed several flies every day. Same with one of the master bedroom and bathroom windows and downstairs bunk room. The blinds in the twin bedroom were hanging from the right corner and the downstairs master bedroom blinds were broken. One end of one of the downstairs towel racks was coming out of the wall. The upstairs master bedroom sheets were way too big. They also had worn out elastic so it was impossible to keep them on. I suspect they were used previously on a mattress that required deep pocket sheets, and this mattress didn’t need them. In full disclosure, we did not alert the owners to the above issues because there were so many and we didn’t want our vacation spent dealing with repairs.

Family Christmas Trip

This property was everything we were looking for and more. We all had comfortable space to allow for time out from others, yet great gathering space. The picturesque views are spectacular! Our family lives in Austin, Texas; however we have traveled all over New Mexico and Colorado searching for the perfect summer home. Estes Park remains unspoiled by “big box” stores and boasts some of the lowest golf fees in the entire State of Colorado. Yet, the golf course is ranked among the most scenic in the country. Good restaurants abound, and you are ensured of the finest vacation of your life! We have furnished our home to meet and exceed all expectations for a rental unit. You can view golfers and a beautiful golf course at many destination golf courses, but only in Estes Park can you also see the elk, deer, and many other 'critters' as well, on that same course; and don’t ignore the beautiful mountains either! Being able to walk out our back door and literally hit a driver to the practice area, golf clubhouse, and starting tee provides a unique opportunity for golfers. Play golf and still enjoy all the amenities of Estes Park downtown within a couple miles, providing non-golfers with the perfect vacation experience. Even in winter months, there are a variety of activities available -- even skiing in nearby Eldora Ski Area where a lift ticket and full rentals is about $100 per day!

So many vacation homes provide only a queen bed for guests; we not only have 3 king beds, each bedroom has its own television. The media room is equipped with a 60' flat screen and DVR plus four recliners in addition to the bunk beds. We love sitting on the deck and watching elk on the golf course.
