Bright Cheery Condo with Water Views--2 blocks from the beach!

Ocean Keyes unit 2743 is located in the gated community of Ocean Keyes in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. This comfortably decorated and spacious rental is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator, and with a sidewalk in front of the unit that leads you to the beach and the vibrant downtown area with wonderful restaurants and live music! This North Myrtle Beach rental has vaulted ceilings in the living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. This condo comfortably sleeps 6. The living area has a leather sofa and loveseat, a recliner and television. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs, perfect for sharing meals or playing games, and 4 barstools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. A full size washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. There is high speed internet, lots of books when you are ready to unplug, cards and games for the whole family. The outdoor closet is stocked with beach chairs that are available for your use. Chairs and a table for dining and drinks are on the extra-long porch overlooking the small pond, fountain, trees and even a view of ocean. New floors installed in the living area in May 2023.

There is covered garage parking with one assigned spot. There is additional parking in the front of the unit. We provide linens, bath towels and an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwashing supplies.

The Ocean Keyes community is close enough to walk or golf cart to the beach without the busyness of high rise condos. It is a beautiful, sprawling, gated resort in the popular Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Winter and Spring: Minimum stay of FIVE (5) NIGHTS is required..

Ocean Keyes is a family friendly community. No student groups. This rental does not allow smoking or pets. Motorcycles are not allowed on the property.
