Most Spacious 2075 sq ft Paradise Townhome near Lake in heart of Garden City

Bear Lake Air in the Paradise Townhomes is a great choice for your next vacation any time of the year. This luxury townhome is just a short walk to Bear Lake and within one mile to Garden City Downtown Center for famous Raspberry shakes, restaurants, go cart racing, and the city pool, pickle ball, fishing pond and library. You will also be only 13 miles away from the Beaver Mountain ski resort. You will have access to hundreds of miles and acres of snowmobile, ATV and motorcycle trails right out your door. This property offers endless opportunities for family fun year round in its peaceful setting.

This newly constructed (7/22) two-level townhome offers a spacious 2,075 square feet of living space. (This is the largest Townhome floor plan out of all the 3 and 4 bedroom units I have seen in all of Garden City!). You will find three bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 12 guests in true comfort in 9 separate beds. All beds are high quality with memory foam mattresses and most have 800 count cotton sheets.

Entering the home through main level front door, you will step right into the spacious entry with 14 double hooks and enough space to dock 12 pairs of shoes. Then you will find yourself in the kitchen and dining area. The Dining area has a place for 12 plus a high chair that is provided so everyone can eat. laugh and enjoy time together. This space is accentuated by high ceilings and a well stocked kitchen. You will have everything you need to make many home made meals to feel more like home.

Living Room: Features a comfortable and spacious sectional sofa, 65” Smart TV with streaming services (bring your own log ins), a warm gas fireplace and don't miss the closet full of classic board games and pickle ball for your enjoyment.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel GE and Whirlpool appliances, lovely quartz counters and a center island with convenient seating for four.

Dining Room: The dining area has seating for twelve and lovely surrounding decorations.

Game Room: (upper level) — This fun space offers something for everyone in your group. There is an enormous sectional sofa, a beautiful electric fireplace to get cozy, a 65” Smart TV with streaming services, (Bring your own log ins) You will also find a game table, an arcade with 12 games on it, a foosball table, an air hockey table and several classic board games! You will also notice art on the wall from a local artist that gives the right touch.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand master bedroom (main level) — King size bed, 55 inch Smart TV (bring your own log ins), and a white leather chair. The private bath offers large vanity, separate toilet room and an expansive walk-in closet large enough to set up the port-a-crib we have available for your toddler. The private bath offers shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion to give you what you need.

Master Bedroom 2 (upper level) – King size bed, 55 inch Smart TV (bring your own log ins), and a white leather chair and a walk-in closet large enough to fit a port-a-crib. A full size couch with sofa bed the size of a queen size bed. The shared bath offers an oversized shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion to give you the ultimate experience.

Bedrooms 3 (upper level) – With two, triple bunks each with a very sturdy Queen, Full and Twin bed allow you to have 6-10 people in one room.


Outdoor Spaces: There is a small patio in the back and an unfinished shared space. (So as of 7/29/2022 there is construction going on and this isn't the most useful space since it is not finished) There will be ongoing construction so please be aware you may hear construction crews working in the background. It is important to know this before booking our place. There is also a 2 foot section of driveway they are waiting to poor (waiting on the material supply to be available) but it doesn't affect driving on it at the moment.


Wireless Internet: Yes, Free high speed WIFI (best in Garden City) since its a rural area there could always be a chance power or internet goes out. Please take this into consideration before booking. But we did get the best internet that was available. It was advertised as a full gig.

Electronics: All smart TVs that include Netflix, Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+ (bring your own log ins)

Laundry: Yes, side-by-side washer and dryer in upper level laundry closet

Parking: Private two-car garage and parking in the driveway for two cars.
​​​​​​​Occupants are not allowed to park on the streets at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers (anything towed behind a vehicle) may ever be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision. But there are shared parking spots for these behind our unit on the shared parking lot in our community (it’s the street furthest west in the community). I included a map in the photos. Also I included what one of the citations looks like when you don't follow these rules. They don't want parking on street because it causes safety issues with other cars, kids on bikes, etc. We want to keep the community happy and respect their homes where they live so we can continue to host in this area.

Everything was in pristine condtion. The place was perfect for us. The only criticism was that it was too hot upstairs to be able to sleep without freezing out the bedroom downstairs.

What an awesome place

We will definitely stay here again. We go up to the lake twice a year and this is the best place we’ve stayed so far. Mike is a great host and is quick to reply to the needs of guests. Place is really roomy with great areas for families members of all ages to hang out.

Great for families

This was a perfect home for our family. One bedroom downstairs for the us (the grandparents) and upstairs bedrooms for the parents and kids. Lots of games and activities for the kiddos. It is very close to the grocery store which was very convenient for meal planning. Would stay here again!

Excellent Location

Had an Excellent experience,place was ready and clean upon arrival,daughter loved that there was a high chair ,baby toys and a playpen,large room upstairs with big screen tv was great for ufc fight night. So many extras!

There were so many extra things for the kids. Air hockey, pac man game console, foosball. Tons of bunk beds. Clean and well decorated! Definitely staying here again.

Beautiful property, great location

This is a beautiful home in an awesome location. Great floor plan, large rooms. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, spices, and common appliances. Loved the special touches of having lotion at the bathroom sinks and shampoo, conditioner, amd body wash in the showers. The game room upstairs was very much appreciated too! Mike was very good about communicating and ensuring we had a good stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Here are a few suggestions: More towels for baths and dish towels in kitchen Tissue boxes in baths and kitchen Blackout blinds in bedrooms Suitcase stand in master bedroom closet Maintenance items: Toilet paper holder in master bath is loose. Great location, great condo

Loved the location. It is really close to the lake as well as the main boulevard. The condo was beautiful with up to date furnishings. There were a lot of fun games and activities for teens and kids. When we arrived, the sheets were still damp. The cleaner had put wet pillowcases back on the beds damp, for example. We had to dry them before we slept. All of the towels were in the dryer completely wet. We had to dry them before we could shower. Perhaps they ran out of time. The showers were not totally clean. We found hairs and mildew in the corners. It was apparent the cleaner wasn't paying attention to detail. Perhaps time to look for a new cleaner. The rest of the condo was great.

Great Place To Stay

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this location. The place was large enough for our family to be very comfortable. We really loved the upstairs family room with a large couch, big tv, air hockey table, fuseball, and arcade machine. During the day, we enjoyed the lake and hiking and then at night, we returned to play games and watch movies as a family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the adequate equipment to make meals. I was happy to find an electric griddle and mini waffle maker for breakfast. Every other household item was well stocked as well like soap, toilet paper, towels, extra blankets, etc. If you forgot to bring something with you, then you are a short walk to the local grocery store. The only suggestion I have is maybe a fan in the bedroom with the bunkbeds. If you fill up those beds with people the room gets very warm, even with the air conditioning on. Bear Lake is our favorite vacation spot and this stay was extra fun thanks to this amazing place.

The best part about this property is how spacious it is. It comfortably sleeps 12 and has place for 4 cars plus extra an extra parking lot in back of development for boats, trailers and campers.
