The unit looks as pictured. It was very clean and the view is breathtaking. We loved the slide back doors. We only stayed in the unit for 3 night so didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to be stocked well. The pull out sofa, as a lot of them is not great. The person sleeping on it had to sleep sideways because the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. Pillows on the King bed need to be replace, they are so flat it was like not having a pillow at all, there was a couple extra pillows but no pillow cases to be able to use them. The only blanket to use on the pull out was a very overused and thin blanket, there needs to be better bedding for the pull out if it is going to be sold as sleeps 4. The unit was great aside from those few items. I hope it was a one off but Paul, the contact for this unit was very unhelpful. He would not reply to my messages and on the day of check in had no clue how we were getting in. I had requested early check in and the one time he did reply was Sat night to tell me the unit was ready for check in on Sun. Finally after many read text by him and no reply I called at 2 pm on check in day and someone else called me back. Paul was off and someone would be meeting us to let us in. I have never had so little information about check in and it defiantly caused me some stress and made me have to change my plans for the day of check in because of so much uncertainty. It was very unfortunate because the unit is so nice and the location was great.
