Presidential Mountain Resort is located in the bucolic town of Bethlehem, New Hampshire, nestled within the scenic White Mountains. The Site is characterized by rolling topography, a 20-acre lake with streams and wetlands, forests, meadows, and sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.
Bethlehem is the highest town east of the Mississippi River, at 1,426 ft. above sea level, and is surrounded by National and State Forests. The natural beauty and range of outdoor recreational activities of the area has historically made Bethlehem a highly-regarded vacation destination, dating back to the early 20th century. At its peak, Bethlehem was home to over 30 hotels and inns and was one of the leading vacation spots in the Northeast. The Site sits on the 250 acre former Baker Brook Resort, one of the many shuttered hospitality ventures from Bethlehem’s heyday.
There are taxi's that serve the area, helping tourists with their travel needs. PMR may offer shuttle services on certain times of the year as well. We are one mile off the I 93. One exit from Littleton were there are buses to Am-track railroad.
