Million dollar views from this new (Top)17th floor penthouse pristine cozy beach condominium at Sea Winds. 1100 sq foot condo 2 bedroom 2 full bath beach front condo on Marco Island. Newly purchased and renovated throughout last few years. Best location right on the beach shortest distance to the ocean in Marco. It is also within walking distance 1/2 mile to 10 restaurants or enjoy 3 mile walk along the beach. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pickle ball, and tennis courts. Weekly or monthly rentals available. New comfortable beds, appliances, completely new furnished/decorated top to bottom, all the beach gear you need, and excellent cookware in fully stocked kitchen to enjoy all the conveniences of home. New tankless water heater so never run out of hot water while dishes or laundry or multiple people are showering in a row. Stacked washer and dryer in the unit.
Master bedroom has new king bed and mattress. Second bedroom has 2 new queen bunk beds with pull out twin XL trundle. Pull out sofa with new memory foam mattress in the living room. Pack and play is also found in the master closet for use. Max allowed in condo is 6 persons per condo regulations.

Marvelous Marco!

This place was amazing! We spent a week at this well appointed condo with three teenagers for spring break. Not only did we have plenty of sleeping options for everyone, the unit is as described and views are second to none! Check in was one of the easiest that we have experienced and the owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Book this place…it’s worth every penny!

Kitchen well stocked, view wonderful. Beds comfortable. .After that, insulting! Front door filthy and was the first warning that the owners were indifferent.Couch was badly stained. No chair in the living area. lighting was HORRIBLE. Had to get up and unplug the reading light in the bedroom. In the other bedroom room I had to bring in the only lamp in the livingroom in order to see to pack. The toilet holder was broken. I understand the owners want to make money, but this was a new low and we have rented a lot. Again, insulting. Showed a sad lack of pride on the part of the owners. We left a day early.

Incomparable views of the Gulf

Just returned from a two week winter getaway. The property was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. Clean and comfortable inside and nicely furnished balcony to enjoy the sunsets. We will definitely return.

Another perfect week on Marco Island

This condo was exactly as pictured with modern decor and was spotless. The balcony was a perfect spot for viewing those beautiful Marco island sunsets. We had all the room and amenities needed for a wonderful week.

Great Ocean View!

This was our 2nd time staying in a condo at Sea Winds. Both stays have been great - easy access to the beach and the ocean front patio provides a great view of the ocean and beach. This unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and a sun ninja. The king bed was comfy and the unit was very clean when we arrived. The check in process was very easy.

Perfect Marco Island vacation spot

Had a fantastic Marco Island vacation watching the sunset every night from the balcony of this beautiful ocean front condo, steps from the beach, & close to restaurants and excursions. This condo offers so many more amenities than a hotel ( 2 bathrooms/ washer dryer/ full kitchen/ beach chairs & toys, etc) and of course that million dollar view! ❤️ definitely recommend! A+++

Great place! Close to beach.

The condo was perfect for our family. Just 4 of us stayed in condo as we had family in other condos at same complex! The walk to beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Condo had everything we needed and more!

Great place to stay

This is a great condo. The big positives - the view is amazing, nicely decorated, very clean, nice patio, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the condo, nice pool and beach area, plus the condo has everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, noodles, beach bag, coolers, a few beach toys, etc. There was even a sun ninja for shade). Less positive things - it’s on the smaller side so bathroom vanities are small and the bedrooms don’t allow room for much drawer space for clothing. But the positives of this condo far outweigh the negatives. There is public beach access super close by so the beach got crowded at times but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We saw dolphins from our condo and manatee from the beach in front of the property. Sunsets are beautiful! There’s a great restaurant -Sunset Grill - right next door that is oceanfront with decent food and you can watch the sunset from their patio. Condo owners are very responsive! Check in/check out was super easy. We take beach vacations regularly and rent oceanfront condos each time - this one is probably in our top five. We highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Marco Island. Thanks to the owners for all you do to make this condo a home away from home.

Stunning view in paradise

We just checked out from the most beautiful week. The condo and view is absolutely stunning. The condo has everything and more you could need. Everything is clean, new, and nice. I am very particular about where we stay and this exceeded expectations. My kids are already asking when we can go back and I’m already checking to book for next year! Best sunset/ocean view on Marco Island

This condo had everything that you could need for your stay at the beach. Excellent location right on the beach, top floor. Beautiful ocean view and sunsets from the balcony! If you plan to cook, the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. Close to all major restaurants also. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary all week! We will definitely return to Marco again!!!

We loved staying in this 17th floor condo on Marco Beach. It is exactly as described and includes everything you need for the beach, cooking, pickleball and more.The furniture and beds are very comfortable, including the lounges on the balcony with cushions. So beautiful!

This condo provided a gorgeous place to spend time - and we were there a great deal, cooking and relaxing on the balcony watching dolphins, pelicans, people and sunsets! The 17th floor has gorgeous views, and the condo itself has beautiful, peaceful, lovely decor. We do almost all our own cooking and the kitchen supplied all the utensils and devices we could need. It is also walking distance to some of the island's well-known restaurants, including two that are accessible from the beach. The onsite staff is friendly and helpful. Hosts Michael and Tonya were easily available for any questions, and we even had the chance pleasure of meeting Michael while there. Thank you both for sharing your home in Paradise!

Everything you could desire!

Great, super clean, everything everything you could need, top floor, a condo. Loved the two chaise lounges on the lanai, and the table and chairs. There are only 2 main weekly condo rentals on the beach in Marco Island that have 2 bedrooms. We are so excited to be a Sea Winds. They really take care of the condo unit throughout the years, constantly updating, and the convenience is unbeatable. We use VRBO regularly with our vacation stays and excited to offer the best experience possible.

Location, location, location, and beach for miles. This is the place to be in Marco Island. Not many rentals have a new comfortable king bed and queen beds, we really look for this when we are traveling with our family. The rooms are smaller 10x11 but the beds fit well within the rooms. When we stay with family or friends I prefer large comfortable beds and the black out curtains so we can really sleep and relax during the week and recharge. We also love to cook so we made sure the kitchen is fully stocked. All the beach essentials are in the storage unit for use 4 new beach chairs, a cart, umbrellas, beach blanket, cooler, beach towels. Also equipped with volleyball net, pickleball, kube, and spike ball. Football, shovels/buckets, boogie boards and all you will need for the week.
