Please use the guide book during your stay which highlights some of our favorite things about La Jolla and insider tips to maximize your vacation. Contemporary design with a private roof top deck and garage (rare at this price point) only 6 blocks to the beach. 3 floors with private garage entrance; main living area, 2nd floor bedrooms, and 3rd floor private patio with views of La Jolla and the ocean. No pets or animals please. Vehicles such as a Tesla model X, BMW 5 series, Range Rover without racks, & Porsche Cayenne should fit in private garage if measurements are within 198 length x 74 high x 84 wide.
If you (or any of the Tenants) are a smoker or vapor of any substance, even outside away from the property, please do not stay in this property as it will violate the terms of this agreement and it will be cancelled with no refund. We respect your decision to smoke and want you to enjoy La Jolla but request staying at another property as there is zero tolerance due to health concerns for future guests.
Premier Host Tip - 30 night minimum but pay no ($0) La Jolla Sales Tax if staying 31+ nights. The City taxes stays for 30 nights or less. Ideal for remote workers, international travelers, or snowbirds.
