Guest Support Hours:
Our customer support team is available to assist you daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Hot tub: Please take note that the hot tub mentioned in the listing amenities is no longer available as it is no longer operational. We have made the decision to remove it.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
