Back yard touches the Baker Creek greenway leading to all the trails and outdoor adventure your group will love. Family wedding

This house is in a great location for downtown and for the Ancient Lore Village - the wedding location. It is very comfortable and cute. The backyard would be great to hang out in if you have time.

Sweet spot right by the trails and pump track!

Beautiful, well-kept fenced in yard for those of us with dogs, peaceful location, easy ride to the trails and pump track, secure, a covered storage for bikes, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds! The host is great to communicate with… Seriously this place is a gem. There’s even a table top with 80s video games so old people like me can show up our kids at pac man or galaga every once in a while… We will be back!

Great Find in Knoxville

We loved our stay at this house. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law for New Year's Eve. We actually stayed in and cooked three different times, so we really tested the kitchen. We had everything we needed and groceries were five minutes away. The five of us comfortably played games and watched New Year's programming and lots of football. The driveway was long enough to easily park two cars. This location is five minutes from downtown (and not much more than that to UTenn). We ate downtown twice and went to the Knoxville Zoo which was only about 15 minutes away. Great beds! Great backyard - I will note that we chose this house in part because we initially intended to bring our dog. If we had, he'd have loved the securely fenced yard but there is no access to the yard directly from the house. You go from the front door, down the driveway and through the fence. It would have been worth it because it really was great space, but we would have had to put him on a leash every time we took him out. Just noting that for other pet owners. Quiet street, very nice renovation. Overall a favorite rental.

Perfect house for a group of 4/6 people. Great location to campus and Market Square. We were down for homecoming and it couldn’t have gone any better. Loved it! We will be staying there again next time we’re down in Knoxville. Thanks for everything and you guys were great!

Wedding Weekend

We came in town for a friends wedding and were only 9 minutes from the venue! My mom, husband, 2 kids, and dog loved this place! It was perfectly clean and the hosts thought of everything! The only problem was the listing said the property had 3 bathrooms and it only had 2. My mom and my kids shared one, but other than that it was a great time and we will definitely book again if we’re ever in Knoxville again! :)

UTSA v Tenn Game weekend

We are fans of the visiting team from San Antonio. We had a great stay. It was very clean; the neighborhood is in a up-and-coming area but quiet and quaint;we felt very secure. Nice fenced backyard. We had one minor incident that needed attention, and Kelly addressed the problem quickly! The upstairs guests would like to recommend more mirrors because when you travel with lots of females you need more mirrors to get ready. Extra Info: The property was a quick Uber ride to Market Square/Neyland Stadium, from $10-25 one way, depending on the time of day. Keep in mind on game day, the wait for Uber/Lyft was 30 min and was $25, and that was 4hrs before the game started. We had a rental car that we parked in one of the free garages in Market Square, early on game day (8:30am). Ubered back to house to get ready after breakfast and then ubered over to Calhouns. Walked to stadium; after the game, walked to Market Square, had dinner and then didn’t have to rely on Uber to take us home. But, if you are game-day ready early and have a rental car, you can just go park at Market Square and hang/walk around/to Calhouns until gametime w/o paying for a ride. Take comfortable shoes b/c lots of hills. Take sunscreen/visor/hat/sunglasses if sitting on visitor side of Neyland!

Visiting our UT student daughter

The house is just as described in the listing. Very easy check in, plenty of parking in the driveway. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard and walks around the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the front porch in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill was handy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in a cute house

We came to town for a wedding and this was a good location not far from the venue. The house has been very nicely renovated in a regentrified neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Aircon works great. Only suggestion is bedside lamps are needed and side tables need strengthening. Would definitely recommend this very cute accommodation!

Nice place, dodgy neighborhood

The house was recently renovated and nice. The fenced-in backyard was really enjoyable for us and our dog. My only real complaint was the location. It is located in a lower-middle-class neighborhood that is just beginning to undergo gentrification. The neighborhood streets were not well-lit and there were homeless people rummaging through the trash across the street. We didn't feel entirely safe walking our dog at night.

Knoxville Stay

The property was fine for our stay. The neighborhood was very transitional - not as nice as we would’ve liked. The master shower needs some attention - it filled with water immediately upon use instead of draining. There is also no door from the shower to the bedroom, so you can’t shower without waking the other person up. We would also have loved to see nightstands that can hold items (they were falling off the wall) and lamps in the rooms. Overall, the house was fine but was definitely overpriced for what we got.

Just as advertised! Clean and updated!

We were in town for a volleyball camp at the University. The house was about an easy 8 minutes away. No problems with check in or check out. The house was clean and neat and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Comfortable property in a great location

We booked to attend mountain biking camps that attended up being cancelled, but came anyway to enjoy the area. The property is very clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable, which isn't often the case! The location is AWESOME! You are minutes from downtown Knoxville and very close to the Urban Wilderness. We had a great time exploring it and want to come back with our bikes!
