The updated and fully appointed kitchen has everything you need to make those special family meals or fun beach picnics. The living room has sliders to the balcony, comfy seating, TV with cable, and FREE secure WiFi. The master bedroom has a King bed, a TV with cable, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds and there is a 2nd bathroom off the hallway. This property is within easy walking distance to downtown Indian Rocks Beach and has a cute beachside food/ice cream place called Kooky Coconuts, just around the corner. Beach access via 7th or 8th Ave. This property is on the beachside of Gulf Blvd but not directly on the sand. It has stairs up to the unit.

This unit has 1 designated Parking Spot. Additional vehicle can park free of charge at Plumlee office 7 blocks away.
