Dieses geräumige (2000 sq ft) 4-Bett / 3 Bad End-Gerät verfügt über eine gehobene Ausstattung mit Granit im gesamten Gebäude. Bettwäsche ist 1 King + Master-Bad, 1 King + Bad, 1 Queen mit eigenem Balkon, 2 Queens mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch von der überdachten Veranda im 3. Stock, entweder durch den Master oder das Familienzimmer.

Küche: komplett ausgestattet mit Geräten in voller Größe, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Frühstücksbar für 3 Personen, Töpfen und Pfannen, reichlich Geschirr, Gläsern, Weingläsern usw.

Starter kits only one roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms, no dishing washing liquid, no soap. I know it’s renters’ prerogative but if they are only providing linens and towels that should be said on the website.

Golf trip

Condo was fine. Minor maintenance concerns running faucets tvs not functional in 2 rooms. Great set up nice balcony. Check in experience with sign in off site challenging when playing golf. Normal business hours. Part of reason u book online is automation and not to have to go there have then hold a check for deposit etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay. Very close to the beach, shops, etc. Property was easy to navigate through. Beautiful pool, and view. The unit is a bit outdated, but overall we fit comfortably. It needs a deep cleaning. Dishes were put away dirty, very confusing situation with tv remotes, and there were visible German roaches seen on a few occasions. I was told about the bug people coming so maybe it’s an issue they are having throughout the building. Beds could use more pillows which there are but no extra linens. This unit lacks no room for guests, there was plenty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year wintering in this unit. We love the location, spectacular views and proximity to activities and dining. In the past, we had issues with the general condition and cleanliness of the unit which were cited in a review. We were very pleased to find all problems addressed and corrected, as well as additional improvements made.The maintenance and grounds crews, as well as the management staff are both competent and extremely friendly. The living room furniture could use some updating, but is tolerable. The location has become quite noisy due to the rapid growth in building and busyness at the Marina. We are there during maintenance season (resurfacing pools in 2022, re-stuccoing siding in 2023), which means early and prolonged construction clamor. Understandable, but not recommended for those desiring quiet. All in all, this is a great unit. We will be back next year.

The property was clean. The furniture was WORN out. The list of rules was long upon check in. Check out was a pain as we had to take a binder with the contents back to the office and leave it in a closet. Looks really good in pics. The laundry closet smelled like sewer. Would not choose this property ever again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second winter staying in this unit. Overall, we love the location, views, unit layout and friendliness of the neighbors. We had a few small issues. Upon arrival, the condo was pretty filthy and hadn't had a deep cleaning since the last time we were there. We spent the better part of two days vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, cleaning light/fan fixtures, etc. We have since been notified that the cleaning service was replaced, so hopefully this problem is solved.The furniture is worn and not very comfortable. One upholstered seat has a sharp edge which needs to be repaired - potential for injury or damage. The dining room chairs are losing screws - many are stripped and could not be tightened. Small leaks need to be addressed before they become problematic - both the dishwasher and jacuzzi (when in use). The bed in the master bedroom is up on lifts - 4 of which were broken - causing sagging. We replaced them, but it would be a good idea to occasionally check. We were told it was a "no pets" unit, but there were signs that cats had lived there. It probably should be mentioned for those of us with allergies. ODVR personnel, North Tower staff and maintenance were wonderful to work with - quick to respond and polite and attentive to deal with. We will be back next year.

Family Holiday Trip

This property was very nice. It was spacious with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved watching the different size and style yachts that came through to dock or just passing through at the marina. I would rent this property again for my family and I or just for me and my friends.

Don't look too closely.

Dust, crumbs, and sand. Oh my Hair and lint on everything like an old rag and/or mop are being used. Terrible broom. We felt like we were doing all the cleaning work and not enjoying our stay. Multitude of tiny bugs that appeared by the coffee table, not sure if they came from balcony. Hairbrush left on hall mirror, probably still there, from last occupants.
