A screened sunroom, spacious backyard, and three tranquil bedrooms offer plenty of space for your group to spread out in this newly remodeled two-story home.
In the living room, a sleeper sofa and two rocking chairs are complemented by new hardwood floors. Choose a book shelves and settle in on the window seat, or watch a movie on the 60” flat screen TV. A gas fireplace adds warm ambience to the space.
The screened sunroom has modern furniture, offering comfortable seating for four.
KITCHEN & DINING
Sparkling quartz counters and stainless steel appliances shine in the updated kitchen. A side-by-side fridge, gas range, and farm-style sink make meal prep a breeze, and a gleaming subway tile backsplash pairs nicely with the ornate tile flooring.
Gather for meals at the sophisticated dining table set for six. The adjacent kitchen bar has seating for three more.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The home sleeps six guests between the three bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, 60” TV, and beautifully redone en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 55” TV, while the third guest room has a set of twin-size beds.
Pristine tile adorns the walk-in shower in the second-floor bathroom. A half bath on the main floor offers added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out to the fenced backyard from the sunroom, where a gas grill is at the ready for afternoon cookouts.
EXTRA AMENITIES

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
