This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo features two furnished balconies and is just a two-minute walk to the beach. After a morning on the sand, head back to relax on the sundeck or go for a dip in the shared pool. Cool tile floors and fun coastal décor will welcome you to your beach getaway. This space is perfect for a family or small group of friends. You’re just a short walk from an array of dining, nightlife, and water sports options. And for waterpark enthusiasts, Schlitterbahn is a quick drive down the road.
This condo boasts two balconies, the first of which is found just off the living room and features a dry bar and two high-top chairs. The upper balcony is just off the main bedroom and has a table and chairs, a perfect spot to gather for morning brunch or a nightcap. The kitchen has a pass-through window to the bar and everything you need to prepare meals. In the evening, pick up local ingredients for a Texas crawfish boil, then call everyone to the dining table for a family-style meal. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar. After dinner, unwind in the living room. Gather on the large sectional and relive the day’s adventures, then watch a movie on the TV.
Upstairs, you’ll find a guest bedroom furnished with a twin bed, twin trundle, and a full-size bed, as well as a 32-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional rollaway twin beds are available in the closet. The main bedroom is just down the hall and features a king bed, 32-inch TV, and sliding glass door leading to the upper balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Amenities include a washer/dryer and one designated parking spot in the lot.
This condo is just a short walk from the beach. After a morning on the shore, head back to lounge on the sun deck or go for a dip in the pool. There is an array of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. If you’re in the mood for Irish pub fare and craft brews, try Kelly’s Irish Pub nearby. And for American fare, live music, and volleyball right on the water, head up to Clayton’s Beach Bar (less than a mile). Adventurers can check out South Padre Island Watersports within walking distance, where you can rent bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and more, or, visit Schlitterbahn Waterpark for additional fun. For a quick grocery trip, Blue Marlin Supermarket is a quick drive away.
THINGS TO KNOW
Wristband fee required from March 1, 2023 thru March 31, 2023 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.
This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit No2018-616689.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
