The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second suite is furnished with a king bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth bedroom comes with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between the two rooms.
A half bath provides added convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
