This custom home was built by Keystone Company -- a renowned family firm specializing in high-end Port Aransas homes -- and professionally decorated by Sullivan Bryan who specializes in upscale coastal homes. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen, state-of-the-art media inside and outdoors, two balconies, and ample entertaining space.

The vibrant living area offers something for everyone. Stretch out on the large, comfortable couches around the surround sound smart TV. Pop open a crisp drink from the convenient wine refrigerator. Gather around the sleek tulip table for games and puzzles.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef’s kitchen is detailed with quartz countertops, a spacious island, and upscale stainless steel appliances.
The dining room table seats 10, and there are 4 more seats at the island.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 10 guests in four chic bedrooms, each with a Sonos-equipped smart TV. The three suites each feature an en-suite bathroom with spacious walk-in showers.
Stylish comfort awaits in the two primary suites, one of which is located upstairs and the other downstairs. Sleep soundly on king beds in each of the suites.
Another beautiful guest suite upstairs boasts an iron-canopied queen bed.
The cheerful bunk room downstairs has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The adjacent bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back on the Adirondack chairs on the front porch.
The expansive front balcony boasts a large table for alfresco meals.
A gas grill stands ready on the third balcony, located right off the kitchen. Wrapping around the back of the home, the balcony offers a high-top bar table with chairs -- a perfect spot for morning coffee or sipping a drink while watching the sunset.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system, and full laundry downstairs are provided. Other perks include an elevator, an outdoor shower, and a mud room area.
Driveway parking for three vehicles. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
