There is ample space for social get-togethers in the large living area. The backyard is perfect for picnics, where you can use the gas grill for BBQ parties and enjoy the gorgeous view of the creek. It has picnic tables and chairs surrounded by giant oak trees. Besides the long list of convenient amenities and a spacious layout, you will appreciate the proximity to the beach. You can easily reach the beach located within two blocks from the house. Find plenty of restaurants, cafes, stores, and much more in this happening area as well so you can enjoy convenience in every way.

First SC Vacation

Great quite place near the beach. House was great for two couples, we each had are own space. Easily walk to beach, restaurants, and night life.

Wonderful waterfront access

We loved the dock access to the creek for kayaks and wonderful sunsets and the 2 block walk to the beach. The public spaces are great for family gatherings. The two bathrooms are clean but small, but you don’t come to the beach for the bathrooms. The views from the living room is beautiful. Although dated this house is clean, comfortable and extremely convenient.

The location of house was perfect! The house is very outdated and we had several things we had to contact realty about : outside fire pit was completely destroyed ( they did bring us another one), washing machine leaked ( and we never used it), ceiling dripped upstairs onto couch and shattered glass was found on stairs inside house ( we had 2 family members get glass in their feet).

Boater friendly!

Overall we would rate this house at a 3.5/4 due to needed repairs (ac damage to ceiling & downstairs unfinished laundry room). The pictures shown make the yard seem much bigger than it is. The house could use some renovations. However, with all that being said if you’re looking for a great location to be on the water everyday it is ideal for boaters & family.

Great location

State during the hurricane and really enjoyed this day. The house is at a great location and clean. The house will need updating before too long as you can tell it has not been updated in a long time. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would go back again.

Great beach home

Nice sized older home that was in a wonderful, quiet location on isle of palms. It was a two block walk to the beach, which we appreciated with young kids and easy access to anything else that you could want. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Location

House was in the best location. Close to restaurants, shops and beach in walking distance. House was a little outdated as far as furnishings but had everything you would need.

IOP Intercoastal Fun and Relaxation

901 Palm was a great place for us to stay with our adult children and friends. The dock provided a great place for morning coffee, sunbathing and seafood boils. It was so convenient to dock our Whaler so we could fish and tour around the intercoastal. The house was clean and comfortable, it provided beautiful views of the intercoastal tides and a great layout with bedrooms and living space on both floors. Bonus: walks to the beach or to the IOP shops were only 5 minutes. We will be back!

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select.
