Weekend visit

Perfect location to visit with our MTU student and enjoy downtown restaurants and shopping. Apartment was clean and well-stocked. Owners responded quickly and were friendly. We would stay again!

Clean Place, fantastic location

We loved our time at this accommodation. Everything was really clean, great communication and the location was incredible for access to downtown Houghton. Will stay again in the future for sure.

Perfect apartment that is so close, walking distance, to everything in town. Everything was so clean and nice and was perfect for working and resting.

The place was clean and cl ose to town. The only things I would recommend is better pillows they were useless! Also the stairs leading in had two steps that made me nervous with them bending.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for my husband and son to stay during son’s summer program at Mich Tech. He wasn’t ready to stay on campus, and great excuse to visit the area for my husband! 4 mins to campus, walk to stores. Husband said great for 2-3 people. Plan to reserve this place in the future! So if you want it but it’s booked, blame us.

Excellent Property - Downtown Houghton

This is a great, clean and convenient property right in downtown Houghton and minutes away from MTU. Parking is convenient and you can leave your car there as you walk anywhere in downtown. Amenities such as paper products and kitchen staples are ample. There were no surprises between the listing and actual property. I'd definitely stay again.

Location, location, !

We had such a great stay! The place was immaculate! Everything was sparkling clean. The house is generously stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, wash clothes, sheets, pillows and anything you might need. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes and even spices for cooking. There were even filters for the coffee maker. And the location was amazing! Every day we walked downtown! We really enjoyed being so close to restaurants and the cute little stores. Our kids had camp at MTU which was only a 5 minute drive. The owners offered great communication and took good care of us. We will be back!

MTU son’s 21st birthday

Place was very clean and easy to find (with the extra directions)! Easy parking and within walking distance to town. It was very comfortable and a very nice place to stay. We would stay again!

Great Location!

This apartment is super clean and in a prime location. We frequently vacation to this area and camp but couldn't make it work this year and found this place as an alternative - we would definitely stay here again! Being able to walk out the front door and not have to find parking to enjoy downtown Houghton was an awesome perk. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was the perfect amount of space for the three of us.

This place was located in a great location in beautiful downtown Houghton! The 2 bedrooms and pull-out love seat in the living room worked perfectly for 3 adults. Tom and Kiersten were responsive, the place was clean, and quiet.

Perfect stay for Winter Carnival!

My son and his friend are MTU alumni who returned to Houghton for Winter Carnival. The property is in a perfect location and just as described. Communication was great. Check in was easy and the owners were flexible for check in and out times. They accidentally left belongings behind when they left and the owners sent them by special mail to make sure they arrived undamaged. We very much appreciated the extra attention. Great property! Stay here instead of a hotel!

Such a cute apartment in a great location. Decorated so nicely, made you feel at home. Lots of space for us and lots of parking space, including for our trailer. We would definitely stay there again. So glad I canceled the hotel and booked this apartment. And it was less expensive. Property owner was great with communication.
