Welcome to Hacienda Vista, just northwest of Buena Vista, at the base of Mt. Columbia in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area. Sitting on 40 acres, this three bedroom southwestern ranch style house is perfect for your visit to Buena Vista.

The heart of the house is a great room that combines the dining room, amazing gourmet kitchen and comfortable living room, all in an open concept floor plan. To enjoy the amazing views, there is a great patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining set.

This home offers:
~3 Private Bedrooms
~Satellite TV
~Wireless Internet
~Gas Fireplace in each bedroom
~Propane Grill
~Fully Appointed Kitchen
~4 miles north of the town of Buena Vista
~2, Friendly Dogs are Allowed with associated pet fee
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Everything you need and great views.

This place has it all and we enjoyed our stay. There were just two of us but you there is room for many more. Everything in the house is top notch.

Mountain View Hacienda

Have enjoyed the Buena Vista area for over 50 years. One of the most beautiful spots in Colorado. This property has some of the best views of the surrounding mountains of any property we have stayed previously. Beautiful home, tons of space, not many homes nearby and a look forward to renting again in the future.

Fresh air and views for days

We had such a nice time at this home. It provided the perfect setting to relax and spend time with family. Lots of space inside the home for privacy, comfortable setting, and the best views we could ask for out of every window! The night sky was one of the greatest parts - shooting stars and the Milky Way in full view. We also got visited by -an herd of antelopes a few mornings!

Great experience

The house was clean and comfortable. Great views from the back patio. It was wonderful having a fenced in large backyard and plenty of space around the house. It felt like you were really getting away from everything. Enjoyed using the grill while looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend going here.

Family get away

The house was beautiful. The kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed preparing our meals together. It was a great getaway. The only 2 items I didn’t like about the property was that there was no access to the garage or pantry. I didn’t have a secure area to store my fishing equipment once we got back to the house and all of our food we brought had to be stored on the countertops. Other than those two items it was a great property.

The Hacienda is numero UNO!

Can't say enough good things about The Hacienda. There are spectacular views of Fourteeners and mountains from every window. This was easily the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Spacious, gourmet kitchen, privacy and great deck/patio for relaxing after our outdoor hiking and fishing adventures. We will be back!

We had a ladies weekend at the ranch and it was absolutely gorgeous. The property couldn’t be more beautiful and it’s also so close to Buena Vista and Salida. We had a wonderful time.

Christmas Season Family Get Together

Beautiful, Spacious house. Spectacular views of the Mountains, especially Mt. Princeton. House well appointed with everything you need. We had 6 adults, 2 children and a large dog. Plenty of room for all to congregate together or have our own space. Close to town and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house -beautiful views!

We stayed with a large family group, plus 2 dogs. Plenty of room for all of us! House was extremely clean and kitchen well stocked. Lots of big windows to catch the beautiful views and watch the mule deer. Loved it.

Incredible Home!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 (could have easily fit more). It was spotless, had amazing views and was close to town. The house is even better than the pictures! Great communication from the property management company. We already talked about renting it again. I highly recommend.

Great Place for a family to visit Buena Vista

Love the layout of the home for families. One end of the home has the master bedroom/bath and another bedroom with two bunkbeds, one of which has a double/queen bed on the bottom bunk. Plenty of gathering space separates the other two bedrooms. living room, dining and kitchen in the middle of the home. On the other end of the home are two bedrooms each having a queen bed. The laundry room is also on this side of the house. The house has plenty of extra blankets and towels, and lots of board games for family fun. Close enough to town to enjoy dining out, exploring the town of Buena Vista, and walking along the river trail. With the low density of homes around this property, it is great for viewing the night sky.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had an absolute blast this weekend at this location! The house was beautiful and the location was great for getting to downtown Buena Vista. Highly suggest staying here for the weekend!
