The Home: Step into an open-concept living space filled with natural light and soaring ceilings. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxation or entertaining, featuring a plush couch, two swivel chairs, and a 75-inch smart TV. Enjoy movie nights or catch up on the big game while relaxing on the comfy ottoman. The dining room seats 6, and the oversized kitchen island offers additional seating for 4. Cooking is a breeze in our fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances and a dedicated coffee bar.
For convenience, you'll find a spa-inspired half-bath off the dining area and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The home is equipped with super-fast 1-gigabyte Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.
The Bedrooms: Upstairs, discover four spacious suites, each located in the four corners of the home for maximum privacy. Every suite boasts:

Parking: We offer parking for up to 5 vehicles:
- 2 cars in the garage
- 2 cars underneath the awning/front of the home
- 1 car in front of the garage Additional parking is available around the community pool, just a short walk away. Please be mindful of tight spaces to the left of the garage.

Important Details:
- The property is located in a high-density area, so parking can be limited. If the spaces near the home are full, additional parking is available nearby or on the adjacent streets.
- We cannot guarantee propane availability for the grill.
Guest Verification: To ensure a smooth check-in process, you’ll need to complete a quick guest verification with Superhog before arrival. This is required by local regulations and provides an extra layer of protection for both guests and hosts.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All polices will be followed as stated on each platform. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and a processing fee of $100 for the cancellation will be retained by the host. The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days.
***Guests will agree to report and pay for any damage done to the property during their stay. *** We reserve the right to cancel your reservation, alert Airbnb/authorities, if necessary, if any of our house rules are being violated or if our home is being mistreated or damaged. ***
If you break something, it’s your duty and your responsibility to report it.
All doors are to be shut swiftly upon entry and exit.
Please take your shoes off upon entering.
The garage door must be closed if not in use.
NO pets allowed.
NO candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed in the home.
Nothing is permitted to be hung on the walls whatsoever (no tape, nails, command strips etc.)
NO Events are allowed.
Please be kind to our walls going up and down the stairs.
NO Smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. Any smell of smoke will result in a $250 fine plus the cost of professional cleaning.
Please Lock the doors, return the keys, turn off all fans and lights upon leaving.
Please place all furniture back where you found it.
Please wash, dry and return any used dishes or kitchen items to their correct place.
Parking is limited to 2 cars in the garage, 2 under the awning and 1 in front of the garage. Additional parking can be found around the pool and guests can also park in the shopping center across Holleman Drive.
Trash is to be placed in the garbage bins along the ends of the middle row of homes.
Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) to replace.
Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment.
