A gate key for you to access the city park for a morning running or at your preferred exercising time. Key is in the main kitchen utensil drawer.
There will be a $500.00 fine per violation if guests violated any for the following:
* No parties nor events are allowed.
* No eating nor drinking in the carpeted areas.
* Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
* No pets are allowed.
* No candle burning/lighting
* No visitors parking unless using free available street parking
* Indoor smoking is prohibited. $500.00 fine will be applied if indoor smoking is evident.
We kindly ask that you do the following at leaving;
1. Double check to ensure cooktop, oven or range was turned off.
2. Leave room keys in the key chain if provided.
3. Dispose food compost, trash and recycling to the carts behind the garage.
4. Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors and windows before leaving.
5. Please take your valuable belongings with you anytime you leave the house. We will not be responsible for lost items.
Cameras will be in the common areas such as front porch, back patio, and outside stairs.
