Unwind and wake up refreshed in our freshly-renovated 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath condo that sits nestled between the beach and Little Lagoon. Enjoy the outdoor pool area that is steps from the condo, the fishing/boat dock on the Lagoon side, and private walkway access to the beach, which is across the street.
The kitchen, living, and 1/2 bath areas are the first you come to after coming up the stairs, and the bedrooms are on the top floor. Each bedroom and the living areas have balconies.

The brand new pier extends 250 feet into Little Lagoon, which is the largest of Alabama's coastal lakes. The lagoon is under 1 mile wide, and about 8 miles long. Tides flow from the Gulf of Mexico through Lagoon Pass, which means the water is brackish and inshore salt water species can be found throughout.
The pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, or enjoying the beautiful sunset. The water near the shore is sandy and shallow; our kids love spending time playing in the water without the additional risk of undertows or larger waves.
We have three kayaks available for our guests to use. Two of them are more of a traditional size, and one is designed for smaller kids. They are stored near the water for ease of use.
House Rules
We are never excited about rules either, but of course they are necessary. We try our best to maintain a clean, high-quality property; thank you so much for understanding!
Guest Limit:
No more than the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the condo, with a maximum of 6. Prior approval is required for any additional daytime guests, with a maximum of 4 additional guests. Any violations could result in a cancellation of the reservation without any refund provided.
Parties:
We do not allow parties, group events, or gatherings of any kind. Any violation of this will result in an immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund provided.
Noise:
Please be courteous of other guests and owners on the property. Noise must be always kept to a respectable level. Repeat offenders could have their reservation cancelled without any refund provided.
Pets:
We cannot allow pets or emotional support animals of any kind due to a severe allergy of one of our children. When this happens, we are forced to shut down our condo for extensive deep cleaning to return it to an allergen-free environment. For the health of our child and other guests, we respectfully request that you seek booking elsewhere with a pet-friendly rental.
A violation of our pet policy will result in a cancellation of the reservation without any refunds provided, and a $2500 cleaning fee will be assessed.
While federal ADA regulations protects guests traveling with service animals (this does not include emotional support animals), we do ask that you disclose them on the front end when booking. We do need to know if the service animal is required for a disability and what work or task has the service animal been trained to perform. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
A guest’s service animal must not be:
• Out of control
• Unhousebroken
• Left alone at the listing without prior approval
• Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
• Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside our condo, on any of the balconies, and around the pool. This policy applies to any lit cigarette, cigar, pipe, vape, or other products containing tobacco or similar substances. Any smoking inside of our condo will result in a $2500 cleaning fee. Because of the fire hazard, candles are not allowed in the condo, with the exception of birthday candles that are not left unattended.
Damage of property:
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to our property. Full replacement cost or cleaning cost will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Common Areas:
The pool, walkways, parking lot, and pier are all considered common areas. Under the condos are private areas and are off-limits, outside of underneath our condo.
Kayaks:
The kayaks are available to use by guests that know how to swim. PFDs (personal flotation devices) must be worn anytime kayaks are in use. We have different size PFDs available in the downstairs closet. If they are missing, or you cannot find one that fits correctly, then we ask that you do not use the kayaks.
The kayaks weigh around 40 pounds each and are located on an overhead rack. Removing or replacing the kayaks on the rack requires two people fully physically comfortable lifting the weight overhead.
Kayaks need to be locked back up with the key replaced to its original hanging spot in the downstairs closet.
Do not use the kayaks on days that the wind exceeds the capability on controlling the kayaks.
Kayaks should be used during the daylight hours only and use should be kept close to shore.
