Babcock National Golf Membership Vacation Rental Resort Style living is yours in the Second floor Diangelo (2 Bed, 2 Bath Plus a Den) with 1,366 square feet of comfortable and inviting living space. The Owner's suite and bath are separated by a generous walk-in closet. The second / guest bedroom opens to a full guest bathroom as well. The dining room is located across from the Den which offers additional sleeping space in the form of a comfortable Queen Size Murphy Bed.
There is a Brand New Sofa in the living room and the owners have the condo ready for you to enjoy your stay. The Veranda Condos offer a Front and a Rear Screened Lanai which overlooks the Babcock National Golf Course. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a clubhouse, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, resort-style pool, lap lane pool and spa with a tiki bar & grill and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a sauna and Day Spa for your use. (The Clubhouse and Restaurant will be coming in the near future.)********************** *You will be required to complete the HOA Transfer Membership Forms & Pay a One Time Fee of $150, for the Social Amenity Transfer.*A Golf Membership Transfer Fee is available at a rate of $200 - $400, depending on the length of your stay. If you choose to select the Golf Transfer, you will enjoy 18 holes of golf while only paying the cart rental fee.*Gate / Parking transponders are available once you arrive Onsite.
