This property is great for corporate housing 30days or more. If your dates very from the recommended length of stay please select the contact host button to send an inquiry to me. This home is near the freeway. Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and the community casino is about 5 minutes away and 20 mins (17.1 mi) from the house going to the stadium. From the entrance of the house you can see a 3 way fire place which also leads you to the backyard. The 3 way fire place can also be seen from the kitchen and the family room.
There is a water fall which connects to the pool, the water fall is man-made which you can sit under the water and can swim in the pool. Also there is a spa.
With a tropical backyard. There is a 3 car driveway parking plus there is RV parking availability.
Also please be mindful that the garage is unavailable at this time.
There are surveillance devices on the outside of the property, Doorbell camera, backyard at the pool camera , driveway camera , side of the house ( RV parking ) camera .

Wow paradise

Such an amazing property. The backyard is like a private paradise. The home was amazing. Close to shopping like Costco n Walmart and in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Place to Stay

Judith was a superb host. She communicated very well and her property was very nice and as described. It’s always nice when you have no surprises and your expectations are met. Her home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was nice and when its 110º outside the pool water was nice and cool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and to our liking. There were plenty of linens, towels, pool towels etc. She supplied starter TP and plenty of paper towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, bake etc. There was an extensive cabinet full of seasonings and some condiments. There were two TVs, a 75” in the family room with a couch and chair that had electronic push button adjustments, very nice!!! The other TV was in the MBR and it was a ROKU TV, the best kind of TV in my opinion. Make sure you bring some type of TV device so you can watch your TV service. We always bring our fire stick and used it on the Family Room TV, i was able to download our Spectrum cable app to watch our service on the MBR TV. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. The house was close to stores, it was a 5min walk to COSCO, restaurants etc and Walmart was a 10min walk. Sam’s Club was about 1.5 miles away and the main interstate type road was .5 miles away. We went hiking in the mountains which were 30min away. There is a nice visitor complex at Mt Charleston and it was at an elevation of 6500ft. The temps were over 100º at the house and 80º on the trials

Peaceful Pad in LV

The home had much to offer, was in a nice area and was easy to relax in. A fantastic back yard which we spent much time in. The home was clean and looked great inside and out. Really enjoyed our stay. Judith was a super host.

Really nice property. They only need to refresh the mattess/pillows and replace some light bulbs. We ended up buying foam covers for the beds to make them bearable. We enjoyed the location off the strip and our stay.

More than enough space.

Way more space than we even imagined. Beautiful property and immaculately clean. I know now to ask about tvs in all the bedrooms as there was only the one in the master and one in the living room. Found the simple instructions on the kitchen cabinet finally but they really didn’t ask for much. Many amenities. Washer dryer was wonderful and I was glad I thought to bring laundry detergent. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you.

Northern Vegas Stay

This property was in a lovely neighborhood with every kind of shopping and dining very nearby. Just a hop, skip & a jump from the busy old and new Vegas strips. Clean 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodation with private pool & hot tub. We had a wonderful stay!

Judith was great, available for any questions/concerns. The home is beautiful, very clean with all the extras. Kitchen is very well stocked which made having a family dinner for my kids easy and enjoyable. Fabulous stay!

A Hidden Gem

This home was more than I expected! From the decor to the distance to literally everything! We loved time in the jacuzzi and when we finally slept in the beds. There is so much love put in this home. The neighborhood is lovely. A few neighbors said hello. The house rules were easy to follow. I hope we can stay here again.

Great place to stay.

We loved our stay here. We always spend some time out of town for a little while whilst we get over the jetlag (it’s a problem when flying in from the UK) and this place is the best yet. Lovely neighbourhood and very close to loads of shops and food. Catching UBERs to get around is quick and easy. The interior is beautiful and very well equipped. The yard is special! It’s really lovely, quiet and relaxing. We have special memories of this place and would definitely stay again.

Great location for attending the event we were in Vegas for. Would have liked access to the garage for vehicle parking. No coffee or basic items to have on hand, only 1 spare trash bag. Would stay here again in the future

Beautiful home and excellent host!

Judith was an excellent host and her home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was spacious and very well kept. It was in a perfect location for what we needed; near plenty of restaurants and markets. I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be back!!!
