Welcome to Babcock National Golf & Country Club We invite you to enjoy our Beautiful Veranda Condo with a Transfer of GOLF MEMBERSHIP !!! Welcome to this 2nd floor end unit Arabella Veranda (2 bedrooms, plus a den with a sleeper sofa). With a roomy and inviting 1,569 square feet of living space, you'll love this spacious and spectacular vacation rental located right on the Golf Course. The owner's suite features a large walk-in closet and an indulgent bathroom.
The second bedroom boasts large walk-in closet and entry to convenient laundry room. The spacious kitchen is opens into large living/dining room is ideal for entertaining! The lanai serves as perfect lounging quarters for lazy, breezy afternoons. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a clubhouse, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, resort-style pool with lap lanes and spa with a tiki bar and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a sauna and Day Spa for your use. The Clubhouse and Restaurant will be coming in the near future. * Additional HOA Fees & Completion of all Transfer Forms will apply to all Babcock National Reservations. Applicable fees will be added to your initial reservation if you are arriving in less than 60 days.* For Arrivals 60 Days or more: You will be Mailing the Mandatory HOA Transfer Membership Forms & a Fee of $150. There is also an Optional $100 Golf Membership Transfer Fee. Gate / Vehicle Transponders are $25 each & Resort Amenity Passes are $25 each. Details on how these forms & fees are handled, will be shared with you at the time of your final payment reminder.
