Welcome to this amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the beautiful, gated community of Sea Pines. This home can accommodate 8 people comfortably. This home is 4th row to the Atlantic Ocean. This single story home an open floor plan perfect for entertaining large families. The living room features a large cream colored sectional sofa and two leather arm chairs, as well as, a large flat screen TV. The dining room includes an extra-large table that seats 6, with 2 extra chairs available, and offers a built in buffet cabinet with extra dishes and such. The kitchen is just off the living room and offers amble space for your favorite home cooked meal. There are 4 bar stools at the counter for additional seating. Relax on the Patio, just outside the dining room. There’s a small table and seating for 4 to relax and enjoy an evening cocktail. A gas grill is there just in case you are a grill master!

The laundry room is just off the kitchen and has a full-size washer and dryer. The first master bedroom is located off the dining room. This room has a king bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and private bath. With a single sink and walk-in shower, this is all you need to start your day! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both feature two twin beds, dressers, and sitting chairs. The twin rooms share the updated hall bathroom room. The 2nd Master overlooks the patio. A king sized bed, dresser, mounted flat screen TV, and a private bathroom complete this room.

Sea Pines Resort is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.

Specious house in a great location.

Very nice rental. The house was clean and in a great location. This area of Hilton Head is beautiful with great bike paths. The only suggestion I personally would make is get a keurig coffee maker. With 6 adults we all liked different flavored coffee and different strengths. Also, I like sitting outside so a few comfortable chairs on the patio would be a plus.

Comfortably cozy chalet

This home had a delightful layout for our family of 8 adults. The open living area was great for us to spread out and enjoy television, games, and meals together. There is no pool access for this home, but it has a very easy, short walk to the beach and plenty of chairs and boogie boards on hand. Bathrooms were clean, but have not been updated. there were plenty of amenities like closet space, fresh linens / pillows / towels, soaps, laundry baskets, kitchen cookware, etc. The house makes good use of every square inch and was easy to feel like a home away from home

Although the home needs a bit of decor refresh and updated bathrooms it was very clean and very well stocked with everything one could need to cook , entertain and go to the beach! Property Manager was also very easy to work with the entire process.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this property is. It was beautifully appointed, very clean and quite comfortable. The beach location is so convenient and just steps away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Location

This property was in a very good location. Quiet street. peaceful neighborhood.- but just a bike ride away to anything we wanted to do. It was clean and had access to secluded parts of the coast line. There was road construction near the house while we were there- but this is out of the property owners control and hopefully it gets finished up soon. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again!!

This home is so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable this house is uniquely located conveniently to all the amenities of Sea Pines and just over a mile from Coligny Plaza.
