The home offers a spacial 1900 square feet, 3 br/2ba. Enjoy the chefs kitchen with a dining area for 6. There is also seating for 2 at the bar. The living area comes equipped with a 70 inch smart TV where you can either watch stream your own apps or watch Netflix, HULU or HBO Max. Every bedroom also comes equipped with a smart TV. We offer high speed wifi, 500 bps. The backyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. There is garage parking for 2 cars in the rear or the home. There is parking for 1 in front of the home. The home is walking distance to the University of Arizona and Banner Hospital. Downtown Tucson is only 2 miles away.

Great location & property

This was a fantastic home in the heart of Tucson, near the U of A. The living area was open and beautiful. There was also a great outdoor space with a grill and garage on property. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was also excellent. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great stay!

Comfy beds, super clean property, nice appliances, great outdoor patio seating, clean showers with nice shampoo & conditioner. Having nonslip mats available for the showers might be a good idea as they were slick, but beautiful. Many rentals don't have any TV apps but this one included HULU and Disney+ which was nice. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on a future visit.

Great Stay in mid-town Tucson

A group of friends met for a weekend reunion and we found this house online. House was perfect for our group of 5 (4 stayed in the house and 5th was a local who visited with us). Easy location to walk to U of A and the house was beautifully I designed and extremely clean. Great little patio area for outside sitting and visiting. It is in an older Tucson neighborhood but it was quiet and we would definitely recommend this house.

Just Perfect….

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. We chose this home for its central location (close to so much). Our party of 5 absolutely loved this house and our stay. I highly recommend this home to anyone and everyone. The home checks all boxes for appearance, cleanliness and comfort. We all agreed there was not one thing we would change. Easter Visit

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and well located property. House was charming and welcoming. Perfect for our visit to Tucson to see our son who is attending U of A over Easter. Property Manager is super helpful and kind! Highly recommend and will be using again when we are back in the area.

Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen, nicely decorated, and the neighborhood felt safe. Beds were comfortable, extra towels/blankets provided, 2 car garage, nice patio for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful. Easy check in/check out. This place is the total package, highly recommend!

AMAZING property!

OMG!!! this place is adorable. I never write reviews on places we stay but this property blew me away. So clean, so cute, so comfortable and the little extras throughout the property were a HUGE plus. I have to say this owner has thought of everything for her guests to be comfortable. We had a great stay in this fabulous home. It seemed like new construction with a really open floor plan. The home was immaculate with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, great water pressure, and a nice seating area outside. There is a garage around the back that we did not use, but it's a great amenity in case you want to keep your car cool. This home is only a mile from the UofA campus and it's in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back!
