CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Good unit, busy HOA

Firstly the unit is very nice. The location is great and family friendly. Great view from balcony, and loved the bunk beds. The hallway outside the front door smelled like urine. The HOA is very busy. We were told the pool/hot tub were going to be closed due to being worked on, but day before we arrived we were told they did indeed open. Also during our stay the parking garage was being worked on, as was the water supply and we received texts regarding these. Also got a msg that a maintenance person needed to get into our place our last day. Lots of communication, and lots of work gets done seemingly on a regular basis. Property owner said that's why they've added a contract clause saying amenities are not guaranteed. All in all, a good stay but risky due to HOA work.

1st family vacation

The room was exactly like the pictures, and the view was far more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Waking up, having a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise,feeling the calms breeze and the view of dolphins jumping across the ocean every morning and night was a memory my kids and I will cherish forever.My only complaint was the pool and jacuzzi were out of service so we missed that, but the kiddie zone was open. Came in handy for my kids to jump in and get all the sand off before heading up to our room. The other thing, there were a few light fixtures that did not work. And this unit was in the corner, directly across from a trash chute...and the horrid smell lingered in the rooms for a few days. Apart from that, I will most likely booking again in the future...hoping those problems are fixed.

Nice condo, kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

Condo floors could have been cleaner. condo located next door had a terrible odor of cat urine. Told HOA , hopefully they clen that up.

Perfect beach vacation rental

We loved our stay here! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. It has a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise and listening to the waves from the balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with different types of pots and pans (stainless steel and nonstick). The plates bowls and cups were all glass or ceramic. We have toddlers, we brought plastic so nothing broke. The couch was cozy and fit all 6 of us with room to spare. We enjoyed some of the games provided.

Spacious Condo at Seawind

Our family had a great stay at Seawind 1501. The process and communication with the property management was great. The condo is very spacious and exactly as described. The attention to detail with decorations were an added plus. The unit had everything needed for a good family vacation.

All good

We stayed for 8 nights, two families with kids. Unit was cleean, the started kit with TP, papertowels, etc was provided. Kitchen was stuffed with all the needed utensil, pots, dishes, all were in very good/new condition. Kids bunkbeds were good size for 2 kids to sleep in each bed. It definitely helped having washer and drier in the condo, we used it daily. We had an issue with elevators not working properly one day, which was no fault of the owners, but Liquid Life rep was quick to respond to text messages and reached to HOA on our behalf. It was fixed later that day and we had no issues for the rest of the stay. The property grounds were clean and well maintained, we saw worke every morning cleaning pool, pathway, sidewalks. There is a beach toys share box in the garage where peoleave toys, boards, etc for others to use. We were walking distance to Hangout and other shops. Loved it and can't wait to came back next year!

Condo was nice. Property was average. Parking was confusing. Only 1 elevator in service the majority of our stay. Pool was small and very dated. Check out was at 10 and cleaning people were waiting outside our door for us to leave at 9:50 while we were trying to pack up.

Seawind Getaway

The property was a great location! The host communicated with me everyday. I had some issues that I notified the host about and they offered to take care of it while we were there. Just be aware of the 24-hour ice machine in the parking area, it ran out of ice but you don’t know if the machine is empty until after you pay. I notified our host of this and they contacted the property HOA. Overall, a really nice time!

Excellent Stay!

We absolutely loved this unit! It was perfect for our family of 5 (all 18+). While it is higher up on the 15th floor, we rarely had to wait long on the elevator. The unit was clean and updated. We were very comfortable the whole time! We would definitely stay here again. The only to thing to be aware of is to make sure you bring extra supplies like TP, detergent and dish soap, salt and pepper etc. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes but there's no food or seasonings. Overall, an excellent place to stay! We loved it!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was very clean, the only thing that was not great was that there were only 2 elevators for the whole complex. So sometimes you had to wait for a long time. Other than that, we loved our stay!

The property was great. Everything we needed and then some. The pool was nice as well as a great kid splash pool. I like to work out and they offered a pretty nice gym. The beach was very nice with soft sand for my kids to play in.

Fabulous Stay!

The property at Seawinds was wonderful. The property was clean and organized. The corner room was perfect with the extra window. We could see the ocean and also down the road to Orange Beach. The only downfall I can mention is that property wasn't as stocked with items as in the past. For example, typically there are board games, extra blankets, extra kitchen wash cloths and such. I found myself buying items I haven't had to in the past. Overall, the room was great and I will recommend it to other guests.

The condo itself was nice; however, I don’t believe that it has ever been mopped. You could not walk barefoot without the bottoms of your feet turning completely black. The sofa and loveseat were stained or dirty which made it hard to want to sit on not knowing what we were sitting on. The baseboards were also dirty and had leftover hair on them. There was a smashed bug of some sort on the back of the master bathroom door which was gross. If the condo was more clean it would have been great. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were great as well as the location.

Good but a little dirty

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, quick elevators, bunk beds both had tvs but unable to find the remote to the top. condo itself needed the floor cleaned with floor cleaner not just sand swept up. By the end of the first night our feet were black. The couch needs to be cleaned along with the pillows on it. There was no hand soap and the shampoo there stunk. It does have a nice balcony view. Pool is a kiddy pool. My 11 yr old and 7 wasn’t to impressed, there is a 2nd pool but very small.

This property was great for our family of five. The two smaller kids took the bunkbeds, the teenager had the Queen bed, and parents took the King. Everything we needed was there - from a cheese grater to beach toys. The only downsides were that the floor was dirty - not from sand, but from dirt. We all had black bottomed feet by the end of the first night. The couches were very grubby and held up with plywood under the cushions. Also, the tv remote for the living room was missing and we could only get cable troubleshooted on the master bedroom TV. Despite those issues - it was definitely a great choice! The view from the balcony was awesome to wake up to every morning. We saw dolphins jumping and a beautiful rainbow. The location was also very convenient to restaurants like The Hangout, a convenience store, and others.

Good but I wouldn’t stay again

The property was very clean and a good location. One of the reasons I chose them was because the kids bunks had TV’s, but they did not function correctly during our stay so we could not use them. They tried to have them fixed while we were there but they could not get them working properly. This unit has the bare basic essentials. One roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, no laundry detergent, 2 dishwasher pods, no conditioner only shampoo and body wash (very little,) basic linens and towels, no salt, no coffee, no sweetener, no hairdryer, no iron or ironing board, no hand soap, no coffee filters, etc. They DID have a clean unit with no bugs, good location convenient to beach, quick to respond to questions, washer and dryer in unit, nice balcony with great view, easy door dash options and close to restaurants and a little store. Comfortable beds, and very clean- with a vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan (all great for sand,) and no carpet. We found that it was a little loud at times, hearing the people in units around you. It was hard to tell the difference between a sound that was coming from inside our unit (like our kids,) or the unit adjacent. The bunk beds have a window next to them, and my kids thought it would be fun to hang down into it which they got stuck. It was a little scary at first but we got them out. The hot tub wasn’t hot the first 2 days, on the 2nd day the guy at the office at the condo said it was too late to do anything about it, so i messaged the management company and it was fixed the following day. Not sure how this happens but it’s possible if you are looking forward to using the hot tub it may not be hot. The pools were great, my kids loved them. The elevators were very slow and sometimes had lines, so we started using the stairs. A great workout for 15 floors lol also which my kids loved. Overall we had a nice trip. Thank you very much.
