Willkommen im Paradies! ANNA MARIA ISLAND ist die erste der Barriereinseln an der Golfküste Floridas. Es ist ungefähr 7 Meilen lang und 1/2 Meile breit. Es ist bekannt für wunderschöne Strände, atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und eine Schiffsladung wirklich netter Menschen. Die Hauptaktivität in der Gegend ist, NICHTS ZU TUN UND SICH AM STRAND ZU ENTSPANNEN.

Dies ist die sauberste und hellste Ferienwohnung, die Sie auf der Insel finden werden! Dieser charmante Strandbungalow befindet sich im ZWEITEN STOCK eines Duplex am Strand. (Die 3-Zimmer-Einheit im Erdgeschoss ist als VRBO # 298525 erhältlich.)

Dieses Strandhaus liegt versteckt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße im verschlafenen Norden der Insel. Weit weg von Verkehr, Menschenmassen und Touristen, die gerne feiern. Es ist das 2. HAUS VOM STRAND ohne Straßen, die den Zugang blockieren. Wenn Sie Ihr Schlafzimmerfenster nachts öffnen, ist das einzige Geräusch die Brandung am Strand. Dies ist wirklich die beste Lage auf der Insel.

Ihre Haustür ist weniger als 1 Minute von einem der schönsten und abgelegensten Strände in Florida entfernt. Der Sand ist wie PULVERZUCKER. Es wird nie heiß auf Ihren Füßen, weil es zu 99% aus reinem Quarz besteht. Das Wasser ist warm und flach. Das Angeln ist hervorragend. Das SANDBAR RESTAURANT ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand entlang.

Das Gerät ist hell und hell mit einer Vielzahl von Fenstern. Alles wurde kürzlich in einem Küsten-Dekor mit handbemalten Seesternen an den Wänden aktualisiert. Zu den wichtigsten Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein 47 "-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher, ein BOSE BLUETOOTH-Audiosystem, blitzschnelles WI-FI-INTERNET und ein KING-SIZE-BETT von Stearns & Foster (Firma).

Great place with convenient beach access

We had a great time staying here. Beach access is super convenient and it was great to have some chairs, towels, a cooler and other beach accessories included with the property. Plenty of restaurants within in a few minutes of the property.

Perfect retreat!

We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!.

Home away from home

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. It was like coming home. Soooo close to the beach. And even with storm Debbie raining on us for 2 days, it was so like home that we just relaxed into the world of rain. Bring your family! You will love it.

Beautiful property

Steps away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the dinning room window. Restaurants within walking distance . Stephanie goes beyond by having extra toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We appreciated as publix was very busy and supplies ran out the day we got there. It was a much needed relaxing vacation!

Great Stay at the Sanctuary!!

My wife and I were blessed to rent this property for a quiet and peaceful getaway! The property is in prestine conditions and in a great location! We spent most of the time at the beach which is less than 100 steps from the shore. A true Santuary! Thank you Stephanie for your kindness during the entire process. Perfect Vacation!

We came to Anna Maria for a family reunion. It was the perfect time of year and the perfect house. Quiet, beautiful sunsets, lovely home, just steps to the beach. We will definitely visit again. Stephanie & Mike were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. The house was exactly as described on VRBO! A+++++

Ideal Spring Getaway

Our family couldn't have been more thrilled with the location and cleanliness of our accommodations as well as the graciousness of the owner, Stephanie. Just a few steps from the beach, you will not find a more serene spot on the island. The impeccable accommodations makes one want to redecorate their own home after a stay at this gorgeous house. This spot would be first on our list as the ideal place to stay again or to recommend to our friends.

Beautiful views and accomodations!

Seaside Sanctuary was wonderful: clean, bright and cheerful, relaxing, and perfect for a beach vacation. The owners were very accomodating and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I loved the proximity to the best part of the island- the north end with the wide beach and bird sanctuary. We also enjoyed Sign of the Mermaid and The Waterfront restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone needing a getaway from it all. My only regret was that we were there for only a few days!

Right at the beach

Suited to a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children as the second bedroom has single beds suitable for children rather than 2 adults, however, our son and his girlfriend managed OK. The beach is literally 1 minute's walk and on return there is a hot shower to wash away sand from feet and shoes. We had the upstairs property and so had the balcony that we could use to eat breakfast or use the sun-loungers and enjoy the view. Stephanie, the property manager, was always available and helpful with quick responses to any questions. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. If you want a relaxing break this is the place.

Sweet house with Amazing views!

Seaside Sanctuary a Great place. You can see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and deck. This is the upper unit and have to access by way of stairs which was no problem for us. A little warm in the main bedroom but it has a great ceiling fan and the bed was comfortable! It was unusually warm for the beginning of May though. Stephanie provided everything we needed. We Didn't need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels, TP. Etc. Check in/check out was super easy. We love AMI and this part of it especially. This has been my favorite of the 4 places we have rented. Loved being that close to the beach. I was a little nervous of doing a duplex but there were no issues with that. The people who stay and rent are respectful of one another. The only complaint is the amount of young people at the beach. Thongs, endless selfies, and loud music is not what this beach has been about in the past. Week days were quieter than weekends thankfully. If you sit closer to the water you only hear waves and see turqoise waters, that was the solution to that. This was a fantastic property and location. Will be back next year! We walked to Bean Point most mornings and were gifted with amazing sunrises, and great wildlife. Saw a Bald eagle on the beach, a few dolphin, many manatees, and a Manta Ray that completely breached the water. Loved watching the pelican's, sand pipers, and the Osprey that nests close by. Rod and Reel has a great breakfast and we love Hurrican Hanks for dinner.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und jeden Tag ( fast 3 Wochen) genossen. Die mit großer Umsicht ausgestattete Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Strandurlaub brauchen kann, Strandequipment incl. Badetüchern und Kühltasche, Waschmaschine ( mit Pulver) und Trockner und , eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick, eine Küche die prima ausgestattet ist und ein sehr bequemes großes Bett in einem Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Viele kleine Details und die liebevolle Ausstattung sowie die Umsicht ( Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeutel vorhanden sowie Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle vorhanden, ein Kinderzimmer mit Spielzeug und Büchern sowie Sandspielzeug- es fehlte an nichts. Ein Begrüssungsgeschenk und ein netter Brief sowie ein netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Wir können diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen und werden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für eine ganz tolle Zeit !!!!

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved this cottage and it’s proximity to the beach. Its only a half mile walk to many restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The communication with the owner was exceptional. She went above and beyond by welcoming not only us, but our dog as well. We were impressed and would love to return! Notes about the island: It’s busy! Expect wait times wherever you go for food. If you want to rent a golf cart, schedule it in plenty of time before you come down. Not all streets have sidewalks and there isn’t much grass (important when your dog needs to do his business) Sunsets are spectacular! Have a cocktail at The Doctors Office and a burger at Skinny’s

The location was absolutely perfect!

We are in love with Anna Maria Island! The house was perfect for 4 people. Literally right next to a beautiful shaded walking path which leads directly to the beach. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. Even though this is a duplex, the walls were very well insulated and we could not hear our neighbors below us or in the house beside us. Stephanie is the perfect host. She checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Surprised us with a sweet welcome gift. She also provides everything you need for the beach. We had a very relaxing week. Spent lots of time at the beach. Our family kayaked, biked everywhere, went on a sunset cruise, shopped at a beach market. We had a lovely time. Will definitely be back!

Location, Location, Location

Obviously, the location of this beach house was perfect. Truly steps away from the beach. Sunsets could be seen from the front deck and moon rises from the back. Nearly everything on the north end of AMI is within walking distance. The house itself was clean, comfortable, well stocked and bright and cheery just as a Florida beach house should be. Stephanie was great to work with and returned messages promptly. Already looking at our calendar for a return trip!
