As you enter the home, you will be greeted by high ceilings, beam-topped rooms, and a wall full of windows showing off all the outdoor amenities; including the brand new pool/spa, the expansive deck, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, fireplace, and fire pit. Inside you will be drawn to the chef's kitchen with commercial grade appliances, a built-in coffee bar, and a kitchen island for additional seating. Make your way down to the lower level where there is a fully upgraded bar, second living room, and game room.

We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

*** Pool season is Memorial Day to Labor Day
