Welcome to one of our Horizon South units, with brand new flooring!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sleeps 6 and is in a perfect location on the West end of Panama City Beach with several amenities on-site, and is only 5 minutes from the beach!

This unit has everything you will need during your stay, starting with the downstairs area. Here you will find the master bedroom, laundry area, kitchen, and living area.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom that features a glass shower. The living area has access to the back porch along with a flat-screen tv, Queen sleepers sofa, and dining area that seats 4.

The kitchen has beautiful black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will enjoy cooking a delicious meal with a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Upstairs is the guest bedroom that has two Queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

While enjoying the Horizon South amenities, you can choose from several pools, a hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis, or many more! This community is located close to all of the shopping and dining in Pier Park and is only 5 minutes from the beach. No matter what you have in mind, Horizon South has it and is waiting for you!

**Parking and wristbands are purchased upon arrival with the HOA. Armbands are $25.00 each**

After you got charge for the total of the rental and one week prior to the trip you can realize that to use the amenities in the premises of the property you has to pay for brazaletes $20 per guest and parking $25 per car for the time of the staying. Every unit has its parking spot , but even paying for it doesn’t give you the right to save the spot just in front of the unit, if somebody got the spot before you get there you have to look for another spot to park your car. That means that your have to walk to the unit a couple of blocks luckily ;and the funny thing is that you can see in the property lot of people using the amenities not wearing the brazaletes that are required. It sucks !! No other time there. Location it’s good for young people but family . And you can expect a lot more of the house keeping I found personal items from the prior guest , coffe maker was dirty. Sorry for it

Worst experience in 25+ years staying at Horizon South

Disappointing! After staying at HS for 25+ yrs, This was my parents first trip to PCB and I was embarrassed. PCB Host rental company offered early check in, we accepted only to be told once we arrived that the unit wasn’t ready. After finally in, it had not been cleaned well and there is black mold in shower. There was a dirty shirt in the master bed. I attempted to wash the sheets and the dryer did not work at all. Neither TV worked either. Contacted the host, Luke, he said sheets were new and didn’t need washed. Advised of dirty clothes in bed, dryer and TVs not working. He said sheets didn’t need washed and no one’s available to come fix either and did not offer to bring clean linens or a TV solution. The customer service was horrible. He refused to give me a call. Finally, after going back and forth texting I had to ask for clean sheets, towels and Rokus for TVs to work. After this, all communication came to a halt. I have still not heard back regarding the refund and reimbursements. The property was well kept and as we remembered. Staff was friendly with the exception of one young dark headed kid patrolling, who was harassing and rude. If we return to Horizon South, we will never rent through this company again.

Great

Was adequate, but there were a couple of glitches that if rectified, would make this place really good. The tv in the bedroom didn't seem to have HD much less internet tv. The apps on the main tv, many of them had parental PINs, so weren't useable. Lastly, a minor issue, was that chairs that were covered in sand were jammed into the bedroom closet, along with paint cans and furnace filters. Made it difficult to use for clothing.

Amazing place hated the late check in in the early check out

The early check out in the late check in pays for two days that go to waste. I feel like, but I did like the spot. It was an amazing experience.

Disappointed!

Condo has several leaks that need to be addressed. Upstairs bathroom had a crack in the tub, took all night for it drain. Lots of stains on the ceiling. Possibly mold. Be cautious when renting. One plus is that the beds were comfortable. Not very close to beach. Far side of complex.

Good

Flooring needs replaced downstairs, unit is smaller than what the pictures look to appear bigger. Stubbed my toes more than I should have at bottom of staircase. We did enjoy our time there and host was very fast responding. We would stay there again if in the area.

Overrated

Rental is only big enough for 4 people. Rental was dirty, Oven had cooked food left in it. Kitchen isn’t big enough to cook or have more than 1 person at a time. Dinner table accommodates 3 comfortable. The “short walk to the beach” is not short. The community amenities were run down. Extremely disappointed for the cost. Would not Recommend.
