Family Friendly Beach Retreat (Pet-Friendly)

Quiet, comfortable, warm, and welcoming. I stocked this home with all the things I wish were available to me each time I travel with my Husband or Family. Your comfort and safety is my top priority.

From the minute you walk through the door this house just feels like home. Clean and open. Comfort and relaxation can't be avoided. The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully stocked. No need to go straight to the store after a stressfull day of travel. There is coffee waiting for you and many restaurant/grocery store options ready to deliver anything you need. Get outdoors and enjoy! This home has a large fenced yard with an extra gate so you can split the yard for pets and kids. A Chiminea perfect for a chilly night, a boiler pot to steam local oysters, a charcoal smoker, and propane grill are waiting for you. Many birds and native plant species call our yard home. Take a short 5 min walk to 2 grocery stores just a block away. Coffee shops, ice cream shop, liquor store, dollar store, and a full service salon are among the many options just a short stroll from the front door. Grab the bikes and explore. Saint Augustine beach is full of history, great food, and fun for the whole family. No need to bring toys, board games, dvd's, books, or beach gear. Bring your favorite record and enjoy. It's all waiting for you. This home and the area around it has something for everyone.

Our family patriarch built this home with his own hands, and it has been full of love ever since. My Husband and Brother-in-law grew up in this house and we started our own family here. This home is very close to our hearts and we are excited to share it’s charm and warmth with our guests.

We keep a pack n play on site with extra sheets.

This home is located in a coveted central location. Pet/Family friendly and very private. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. Leave your car parked and enjoy the bicycles on property or just take a short stroll to either of the 2 grocery stores a block away, the beach, or many dining/shopping options. Large yard, beautiful gardens, and room to spread out and relax. There is no Pet fee and 1 well behaved canine furbabies regardless of breed/sizes are welcome to accompany responsible fur parents free of charge. Please fully clean up after your pets and follow our guest rules/agreement. Exceptions may be made to our pet policy for different species of Pets and parties with more than 1 dog on a case by case basis and may require an extra fee at hosts discresion.

Dishwasher is equipped with sanitation and dry boost setting.

Vacuum/Roomba/Steam Mop/dust vac are on site. Cleaning supplies are stocked for guests convenience.

Cleaning Services during your stay may be requested, subject to availability at a rate of $30/hr. Contact host to initiate request.

Long term guests and guests staying beyond 40 nights are required to have our cleaner in monthly for upkeep at guests expense. Cleaning rate is $30/hr.
