The home needs a ground keeper. Inside of the home is very dated. The floors were very dirty along with walls, fans and ceilings which needed major dusting. The disposal and dish washer backed up which we fixed. We found rubber type material in the disposal, which was removed, and the disposal was reset. The refrigerator leeks water out of the filter. The master bathroom had mold in the shower. the guest bathrooms #1 had the cold water shut off due to the fact that the supply valve was leaking and need replacement. The guest bathroom #2 toilet worked sometimes so we stopped using it. Amenities were not adequately supplied such as hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, bbq grill and the biggest thing NO INTERNET. The owner needs to call an exterminator to spray for bugs. Cockroaches were found in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The pool was unusable due to the fact there was no pool cover, skimmer or heat. Furniture in the house was also dated and some soiled. Mail was stacked up for up to 2 years. Also, notices were sent to the owner stating he was in violation of renting a facility in the area. When you pay as much as we did our expectation are pretty high and we feel we did not receive good value renting this facility. I would suggest a refund on some of the rental fee.
