The BEACH is ALWAYS OPEN in Perdido Key......come relax and put your toes in the sand!

NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 31st) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. Exception is July 25 (Thurs Night) & July 26 (Fri Night), 2024 which can be rented as a 2 night stay or combined with next Sat to Sat stay for a 9 night stay. Message us with any questions.

Parking: Parking is free for 1 vehicle for which a guest parking pass is provided for the days rented. Additional parking is available across the road by Key Concepts Reality on a first come first serve basis for $20-40 per day (cash or check only) depending on the season. The number for Key Concepts is 850-492-5462.

Our little piece of paradise is the ultimate relaxing beachfront condo located DIRECTLY on beautiful Perdido Key Beach, Florida. This is a recently updated 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1344 sq ft condo that sleeps up to 8 people. The living room highlights a 16-foot glass door/window that opens up to a ground floor patio with spectacular beach access and ocean views. It is perfect for watching the sun rise and set or catching the Blue Angles flying over the beach.

This Ocean Breeze East condo has recently been painted, new LVP installed in the bedrooms, new living room furniture, new mattresses and all new stainless appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked so you can sit back and relax at the beach.

High speed internet WiFI, cable TV, and an oversized Samsung washer and dryer are a few more features for your comfort. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we also include 6 beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels so you won't have to bring your own.

The condo has a pool that is just steps away from the ground floor patio. You can sit and relax on the patio while the kids play in the heated pool.

Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery, CVS Pharmacy, and Winn Dixie. Walmat and Target are 6 miles away. It is also within walking distance to several unique shops and several local restaurants.

Pensacola International Airport is just 21 miles and 30 minutes from our condo. PNS Airport has daily non-stop flights to most major cities making this an easy get away. Our condo is a 100% NO SMOKING condo and property. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Property was spotless, location was great, we had a 1 year old, so the ground floor and fenced in back yard was a great addition. From the moment we opened the door, we knew our stay would be extraordinary. Clean and bright, beautifully and tastefully decorated in a beachy theme, and well-appointed in every way. There is no exaggeration with this VRBO listing! This place is a luxury getaway! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve, enabling us to cook fresh grouper and shrimp from the local seafood market. How convenient to have all beach accessories provided! Gorgeous, relaxing bedrooms, and quality flooring throughout. We enjoyed time on the patio, which was nicely furnished. Loved the location, and this complex’s relatively less-crowded feel. Wonderful Getaway
We loved our stay! 4 adults 4 kids. This unit is in a great location. Wonderful owners, easy to get contact for any needs. I have so much good to say! The beach is less crowded, there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and roomy. The pool was a blessing with the heat. Shade hits the pool starting around 3 so we had mornings at the beach, afternoons in the pool and sunset walks back on the beach. Its close enough to Orange Beach and Pensacola we were able to explore both and then return to our quiet beach. My husband uses a wheelchair and everything worked out great. The hallway and doors were good. Bathroom was a little tricky but if you have upper body strength it was no issue to roll in and transition to our shower chair. Beach access was a breeze with the beach buggy we rented. He had a great time getting out there. The pool is easy to access, having the yard was also great for the kids and just sitting watching the water. We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed the parasailing which is right next door.

Can’t beat the front yard!
The condo was very clean and the furnishings are actually newer than what’s pictured here. It’s recently been updated and l found it quite pleasing and comfortable. The beds are great with firm memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding. I slept like a baby. But the absolute best feature of this rental is its location. With a fenced grassy front yard (perfect for a toddler) overlooking the gulf and the pool just steps away, I couldn’t have been happier. I am mobility challenged so I was very happy with all the ramps & easy boardwalks that lead to the sand. Overall, the rental is a very good value for the price. I’ve already saved it in my “favorites” for future use.

Our stay at Glenn and Lisa’s condo at Sea Breeze East in Perdido Key was beyond anything we could have expected. Upon arriving at the condo building, we were able to park right near the entranceway to the building and load our bags and cooler right into the condo unit with provided carts. This made the unpacking process much easier and super convenient! The condo unit was well lit, very clean, and tastefully decorated. We instantly felt “at home” when we walked in the door. The master suite was HUGE and had a very comfortable king-size bed and plenty of storage for our clothes (dressers, closet w/ hangers, etc.). The bathroom was also very nice and the shower was clean and large enough to walk around in. Our friends who accompanied us were also very pleased with their guest rooms and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was large and fully furnished with every possible utensil or appliance we would need (even beyond what we needed!). The view from the living room area was of the ocean and patio area. This had to be one of the highlights of staying at this condo! It was beautiful watching the sunrise in the morning while having some coffee and sitting in the comfortable chairs on the outside patio. The condo also had direct access to the outdoor pool and the beach. All we had to do was pack up our things and walk out the sliding door and we were practically stepping onto the beach! The pool was clean and felt great after a long day out running around seeing the sights. We did have one issue with the dryer not working after the last group had checked out; however, Glenn IMMEDIATELY communicated the issue with us and had someone come out to fix it ASAP. He made sure we felt comfortable with having someone come in and out of the condo while we were out, and the repair was completed timely and with no further delays. We were able to wash and dry our clothes with no issues and could not have been happier with how things worked out. Glenn even generously gave us a gift card for a local restaurant because of the inconvenience! We were blown away by how friendly and generous he was during our entire stay. We were sad to reach our checkout day as we would have stayed forever if that were possible! We definitely look forward to returning one day and have talked nonstop about our great experience since we returned home. We HIGHLY recommend giving this location a visit, you will no doubt be blown away!

Serene location - Perfection in Perdido!
Highly recommend this condo! The decor was classy, beachy and very comfortable! Kitchen had everything you could think of and higher quality items (including a Ninja blender for your cocktails or mocktails); new appliances and a fantastic fridge. Loved that there was indoor & outdoor dining seating for 6 (could fit 8) and a sectional sofa that accommodated us all. We thoroughly enjoyed the location - specifically for this unit. It is on the first floor but what is so special is that it is on the end and there are no bldgs directly next to it so you feel as if you are on a private beach. HUGE PLUS!!! So private that we had a large heron visit each morning just outside the fence. There is easy access to the beach through the pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the few days we were there (which is about $40 a set per day) but well worth it. Loved that Glenn and Lisa supplied beach towels, coolers and insulated cups as well. There was plenty of additional bedding and the rooms were very inviting. Hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had and can tell that they truly care about your Perdido experience. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back...

The Great Escape
The sandy feet retreat was a great escape from the grind. The condo is perfectly located on a less crowded section of beach. There are great dining and shopping options across the street! The owner's ensured that we would not have to bring a ton of beach paraphernalia and stockef the entire condo so perfectly. This was a major perk of the condo. We loved being able to use everything and just put it away, instead of packing and unpacking it later. The boardwalk is very close and basically a one minute walk to the beach. Two minutes if your toting little ones. 5 stars and we will be back!

Great Condo!
My family and I loved staying at this condo. The location was great. The beach was not very crowded here so you have plenty of room to play and enjoy the water and sand. The owners have provided chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. This greatly cut down on the items we needed to bring from home. They were very responsive and helpful anytime I had questions. The condo has new appliances and everything worked great. We had a great week here and will definitely stay here again.

Best spot on the beach
The condo has everything you need and more. From extra flip flops to food containers we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. We walked to dinner several times across the street. The pool was perfect and the beach and water were always inviting. I will definitely stay here again.

We always dreamed of owning a condo on the beach in Perdido Key. After visiting Perdido Key for over 20 years we finally bought our own place......now our little piece of heaven. We love Perdido Key and the family friendly place it remains while other local beaches continue to get more commercial. Perdido Key is the lost key that offers a laid back atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the beach! We love the beach and travel often around the world on scuba trip adventures!

We made our Condo very comfortable so you too can enjoy a week at the beach with all of the comforts of home. We have replaced all of the mattresses, appliances and living room furniture in January 2022. The addition of chaise loungers on the patio give you a place to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean or watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we have also included 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for your comfort! Now it's time to come, sit back and relax on Perdido Key!

Perdido Key has two world class golf courses (Perdido Bay was a PGA event course) and many more within minutes. Fishing can be enjoyed in a variety of ways from fishing right out the back patio by walking a few steps down to the beach to deep sea charters, fishing in Perdido Bay, on the Perdido River or fishing in the surf. There are numerous local restaurants with fresh seafood or you can go to Joe Pattis and buy your own fresh seafood to cook yourself.
