Fabulous villa with games room, movie room, pool and spa with a BBQ grill

Luxury newly decorated 8 bedroom / 5 bathroom villa on the popular Championsgate resort with lots of amenities. The games room has air hockey, fuzzball table and games machine.Upstairs there is a movie theater with large screen, movie chairs and popcorn maker. The 2 kiddie bedrooms are Harry Potter and Toy Story themed. Lots of space, there is a separate area for TV viewing upstairs.Outdoors you can enjoy the pool and spa and eat al fresco from the BBQ grill. Lots of things to do on the resort which has a clubhouse, pool, lazy river ,splash zone,waterslides are close by.

Annual Family Holiday Vacation

Property was as advertised. We spent time enjoying the amenities at the clubhouse as well as the villa. The home was very clean and supplied all of the towels and kitchen utensils and equipment needed for our stay. They also provided a variety of teas and coffee syrups for use. That was a special treat for our coffee drinkers. Our family enjoyed the pool and theatre room almost every day. Having the option to use on-site grill was a plus. We provided a list of the damged items we noticed upon our arrival but never received confirmation of receipt. The gameroom was okay as the equipment was dated and sparse compared to the previous villas we 've rented. In the past, the teens spent a couple of hours a day in the gamerooms, this year they probably spent a total of 3 hours in a 12 day period. I'd suggest providing an operable air hockey table, adding a pool table and/or video consoles. Despite the gameroom, I'd still rate the villa high.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We shared our home with two other families. Plenty of space for our 14 total guests.

Christmas Time 2022

Over all the stay was great . Communication was great between me and the property manager. Only 2 things that can be fix . First one is adding to the instructions to state the names of ALL drivers after booking the property to make the check in easier. The second is since the weather can be unexpected maybe the owner can invest in a insulated closed in gate around the pool. We paid $140.00 for our stay to have a heated pool , but since it was so cold the manger said it’s nothing he could do. The heat was fighting against the cold . We lost out on 140 and we weren’t able to go for a swim none of the stay . My family LOVES the water so it was a little disappointing. Would I stay at this property again ? Yes in the summer for sure and winter if the pool part is guaranteed to be used. Thank you again

First family 4th of July trip!!!!

This was our family’s first 4 th of July trip, we are planning another. Check in was a breeze, location of property was perfect. Besides the noisy inconsiderate renters next door everything was perfect.

Loved it!

Loved this property! My family of 11 enjoyed staying here. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. My grandson absolutely loved the Toy Story themed room. The only issue we had was the first day, the AC was not working downstairs when we arrived. I contacted the owner who was quick to respond and he had a repair man out within an hour. After that, no problems at all! Would definitely recommend and likely to book again.

Perfect for large families or groups

Our large family all flew in for a nice relaxing stay together under one roof. We were very pleased with the home it was clean, updated and had all the basics in the kitchen as expected and even a crockpot! Lots of extra touches, like soft blankets in the movie room and living room area and no extra fee like many for the BBQ grill usage. We did have to refill the tank as it was empty but still worth it to cook out on the patio in the beautiful weather. The beds wee all very comfortable and the sheets were of good quality. It was only a short walk to the resort amenities which was very convenient as well. We did pay the extra for Pool and spa heat and it was great for the spa but the pool wasn't heated so it was a bit chilly for the adults but the kids didn't seem to mind. We were there at the end of March so nights were still cold. Also the Renters communication was excellent! If I had a question I had a quick response. Over all we loved our stay and would most definitely return in the future.
