The open-concept layout features a full-size kitchen and spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening out to the pool deck. The kitchen comes ready to accommodate home cooks with updated stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. An expansive island dining counter offers seating for eight. The pool offers a veritable desert oasis and is surrounded by lush vegetation. (Pool heat is available for an additional fee.) Enjoy a cooling dip or lounge in the shade of the covered patio while burgers sizzle on the grill. Wind down your evenings in the living room, streaming your favorite shows and movies on the impressive smart TV. A gas fireplace provides an added touch of warmth and ambiance on chilly nights. A dedicated home office is located just off the front door, making this a perfect option for remote workers or traveling professionals.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
