Two fully equipped kitchens feature all the necessary equipment to create fun meals or between-foosball-round snacks! The private gas grill will also provide fun with outdoor cooking. Come ready to enjoy mountain views and good times together - there's room for everyone to spread out at this home.

The valley-view guest bedroom has a ceiling fan and is right next to the full bathroom featuring a lavender soaking tub. The second bedroom is outfitted with a ceiling fan, and the third features a desk workspace. The two upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and mixed mountain-neighborhood views. For an unconventional resting spot, head up the final set of stairs and enjoy a relaxing loft space.

Worst Rental Experience that I Have Ever Had

When we showed up at 11 pm to check in, we used the key code to walk in only to have a man yelling at us from a bedroom within the home. He was telling us that we needed to leave. We did and called Vacasa (the rental company immediately). That home was apparently having some work done to it, the worker was staying there overnight, and Vacasa had forgotten to take the home offline. The agent I spoke with assured me and my group of 16 people that they had hundreds of properties in the area and that they would find a new one for us. He even said that if the new property cost more, they would cover that for the inconvenience. Well, when the second agent called back, she said they only had one property available for us, and it was a definite downgrade (and less expensive) from the one we had already paid for. It was 11:30 pm at night and we had no other options, so we took it. When I called a few days later to ask about getting a partial refund since we had already paid for the more expensive home that, through no fault of ours, we were not able to get into, the agent said that the local manager would be contacting us within a day or two to respond to our request. The local manager never called. When I called them a week later, I was told that they were not going to give us a partial refund. So we ended up paying for a more expensive home with better amenities than the one they ended up giving to us. I WILL NEVER RENT WITH VACASA AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

no electric power in dining room first level

overgrown with weeds around property neighbors yard looked like a junk yard in front of house and peoples homes around looked unkept.but the house itself was very good inside and and meet our needs. the refrigerator upstairs the ice maker did not work. everything else was great.

Trip from hell

The first night was ok even though the house have no ac the fans they did have 1 out of three work. When you look out the windows or sit on the porch the first thing you see is a junk yard.third morning had to cut vacation short due to no power or runner water was told they couldn’t give a time frame on when this would be resolved.I ask for a refund for the day that we went without power or running water I was told no.Wi-Fi not so good it took 3 hrs to watch a 1 hour movie Wi-Fi kept stopping so I would say if you come across this house keep scrolling.

Fun for all

Wouldn’t mind staying in this cabin again, plenty of space for the entire family (kids, teenagers and adults). There are a few things that need to be updated, and the second floor could’ve used a bit more cleaning in the living room area but overall it was a clean and comfortable stay.

Ideal for larger groups or multiple families

We loved the fact that our three families could all be together but also have separate spaces when it was time to sleep. The young people enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table, and basketball hoop. The house is well furnished and provided everything we needed for our weekend trip. There were a couple of minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Father’s 75th Birthday Getaway

Overall stay

Loved the place. Just disappointed that no Christmas decorations at all. This was our Christmas trip so very disappointed that it was no sign of the Christmas season. So next time i will have to ask about that. Usually everywhere we have stayed before always has Christmas decorations up.

Great View

Overall the stay was great. We lost power due to a storm and I left both a text message and a voice call for someone to call me immediately about our situation and I am still waiting for someone to call me.......We were going to request a later check out due to no power and lights to pack. Shower curtain needs to be replaced in the downstairs bathroom, I gave a 5 on cleanliness as we entered however, after looking in the showers as we were trying to take showers, they needed more attention. We wished the water feature worked on the refrigerator and the ice machine. We had to keep going to buy ice for 16 people. The beds were very comfortable and the little heater in the bottom room was much needed as the bottom floor gets very cold. We will know to bring one next time so we can have one in both rooms. We will be going back for sure!!

Nice Place but needs maintenance.

Overall very good Cabin.But most things need upgrades.lot of things don't work properly. Dishwasher is not working. Deck is weathered same goes for most of the outside. Nice view and rooms.game room is really nice.

Amazing location!

This house is great for multiple families. We have four families, totaling 15 people. The location is wonderful. It is centrally located to Sugar Mountian, Hawksnest, Beech mountian, and Grandfather Mountian. The view of Sugar Mountian is Amazing! It is an older house. Improvements have been made, but I would say it is still a work in progress. The beds were all very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen. Vacasa was great to work with. Their communication was wonderful. Issues were addressed in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to rent from Vacasa again. Their Customer service is a great example of how it should be done.
