Amazing Townhouse

This townhouse has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a great beach vacation!! The arcade games, bikes and beach toys were a huge hit with our kids. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully decorated and perfectly stocked with everything you need. The beds and furniture were very comfortable which in our experiences is pretty uncommon. Perfect location and amazing views of our favorite beach!! I highly recommend this townhouse and can’t wait to visit again. The owners are very nice people and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot!!!

Amazing location and hosts.

This location was perfect. On the beach, with lots of toys provided by the host and the beach area had a lifeguard that was stationed where we were located at. This made my sister-in-law and her husband feel safe with their little children playing on the beach. The hosts were great and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed.

We loved it!

I’ve been staying at Beachview since the Holidome was lost in the hurricane years ago. This was the best unit we’ve stayed in by far! The game room put it over the top! No need to buy sand toys either as there are plenty in the garage to use! Thank y’all so much for allowing us to rent your lovely space in my favorite place on the planet! We will be back if you’ll have us!

Perfect location

The property was perfect for going back and forth to the beach. The condo was very roomy for our family of 7. Very well stocked with everything you would need for the beach. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them. The beach was beautiful and a short walk to the pier.

Fantastic Stay!

The property was perfectly located, just steps from the beach. They provided all the beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas you could want. The property is perfectly set up for family and friends with children and babies. They even purchased a gate for the stairs when they found out we had toddlers. The owners are so kind and were easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Disappointed with the condo owners managing of the property

This poor review reflects how what should have been a minor inconvenience was handled by the owners of the property in a disreputable way. Basically, a smoke detector began chirping our first night there waking up our family of 6. There are no 24-hour stores open in Navarre. The nearest is 40 minutes away. Understandable,…it happens. We were assured by the owners, the following morning that someone would come place new batteries while we were at the beach. The detector then went off the 2nd night again waking us up at 3 am. No one had come. I drove to Walmart when it opened at 6am to get batteries that morning. The owner called me stating his property manager was to blame and offered us financial compensation via partial refund for 2 nights of disrupted sleep, which we accepted. I replaced the batteries in all 5 or 6 detectors that same morning. This was our families one summer vacation for 2023. It was a rough start, but we made the best of it. Fast forward to now, 11 days after vacation’s end, the owner is refusing to refund us the amount we agreed upon in good faith stating that VRBO doesn’t want them to refund us. When renting a vacation home, the Owner should take Ownership of the problems that arise and make things right. They are unwilling to stick to their word. Beware.

Beachview 2- Amazing Stay

This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed plus so much more. Enjoyed the arcade games, beach toys and kayak. There were tons of bikes too. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Absolutely no issues. Beachview is our favorite place to stay in Navarre because it is a small low rise community which means their beach is not crowded. Views from the balconies are amazing and the beach is just steps away. A+

Great place to stay

We had so much fun at this home! Wes and Melissa were easy to get in contact with and answered any questions I had. The kayak and bikes were great! Along with all the beach equipment it made it so much easier to not have to pack everything! The rooms were clean and we plan to stay here again on our next trip to Navarre!

A fantastic, comfortable stay!

The property was amazing, it had all the amenities we needed and then some.. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels and an umbrella. The beds were so soft and comfortable. A great location, easy access to the beautiful, white sandy beach. Walking distance to the fishing pier. We all enjoyed the nightly crab hunt on the beach (bring head lamps). Our group had 6 adults and a 2 yr old. We are already talking about the next visit here.

Everything at this property was exactly as described. The little extra touches that were provided really showed how much the owners care about the guests experience. We vacation in Navarre several times a year and my family is already asking to stay here again.

Beachview Condo-Navarre Beach

Great location, on the beach. Great amenities with a garage full of all the beach gear you need- chairs, kayak, umbrellas, wagon and bikes were awesome. Ping pong tables and video games. This place is truly great and I am guessing we will be back to stay here as the whole family enjoyed the stay. Great hosts and easy check in and out. Also tennis court and pool!

Not worth the cost

Overall, the property was OK. We have stayed at several Navarre beach front properties in the past 3 years, often for months at a time. This was the most expensive, and perhaps our expectations were too high. First the positives: great location & lots of extras. The kitchen was well equipped, there are bicycles (mostly working), arcade games, a kayak, ping pong, etc. We chose this condo because we were flying and didn’t want to worry about beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable. As for the negatives, it wasn’t super clean. The shower curtain was moldy. The carpet was stained/very worn. The walls are very thin. We were kept awake by our neighbor coughing.. Lastly, we didn’t have great temperature control. The owner was responsive after the heat dropped to 63. We were given control of the thermostat. But it would be turned down frequently. We have stayed in Navarre many times in December and January and have never had such a problem with being cold. Once we reset the thermostat, it usually only took an hour to warm up, but it was a constant struggle to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature.

Family beach trip

Had a wonderful time at Navarre beach. The townhouse was better than expected and plenty of room for 2 families. Our favorite part was the beachfront arcade games in the garage. Cant wait to go back!

Great Family Getaway

Property was everything we needed. Having all the amenities for the beach was amazing. Beachfront location was ideal. Owners were easily accessible and great to work with. One of the many things we were celebrating on this family vacation was our recent 30th wedding anniversary. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates waiting for us! Overall we had a fantastic vacation and loved our stay.

Wonderful beach house!

We were very impressed with this property! The owners supply everything you need for a fantastic vacation. My 5 year old was most impressed by the arcade games! The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect being just steps from the sand and ocean. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again one day. Thank y’all for sharing this lovely beach home with us!

Relaxing and Peaceful

You can’t beat the view! The condo is equipped with all the necessities. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and all the things you need at the beach. The condo is located right by the walk-over. We felt safe and it’s far enough away from the pier and larger condos we had more room on the beach!

Great family spot

Family getaway with all the bells and whistles. Great location to the beach. The property had all the things of home that I didn’t have to pack and bring. Beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, floats, plus more. Even had a cart to take everything to the beach. Full size fridge in the garage as well as mini fridge in main bedroom. Loved the shower station outside to rinse the sand off! The beds were very comfortable. Traveling with my husband, my 20 year old and 10 year old. Everyone was very happy and didn’t want to leave. Property owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had no issues. There was even tide pods for the washing machine, not a big deal to some, but little things like that make a big difference. We will be staying here again. :)
