The two rooftop decks boast stunning panoramic views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the golf course behind the home, perfect for for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats and more. This area provides plenty of space for large gatherings. Absolutely Perfect will be an Amazing and Unforgettable Experience!

ABOUT THE AREA: If you want beautiful beaches, nightlife, shopping and dining at your doorstep, then Miramar is the place to be. Located on the West end of Walton County, near Destin and close to everything you desire in a beach vacation.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is about 600 ft from the front door just next to the Whales Tale. There is no parking or facilities there. The closest beach with parking and restrooms, is Miramar Beach Regional Access which is off of Hwy 98.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• Use of Private Elevators is restricted to individuals age 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. Resetting an elevator due to misuse will be subject to a $250 trip charge.
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for lack of or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Exceptional Stay for Large Group!

Exceptional Stay for Our Large Group! Our family trip consisted of 16 adults, 7 kids, 2 toddlers, and 3 infants, and the property accommodated us all perfectly, with room to spare. The location was fabulous, offering fantastic views. The home was very well-appointed, and although we didn't cook much, everything we would have needed was readily available. The customer service provided by 30A Beach Girls was truly top-notch—informative, helpful, outstanding. They served as gracious hosts, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property for any large group seeking a home base with all the comforts of home, and more. If we ever travel as a group to Destin again, we would undoubtedly book this home.

🏖️🌟Epic Beach Family Adventure! 🏖️🌟

Epic Beach Family Adventure! Talk about spacious! Our inaugural family getaway with four families and a total of 16 guests was an absolute blast. I had initial concerns about privacy, but lo and behold, it was a non-issue! We unleashed our inner chefs, cooking up a storm together without any culinary collisions. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and every utensil we could dream of! The level of cleanliness was beyond impressive. And oh, that view! Prepare to be wowed by the largest balcony space we've ever encountered, offering a truly spectacular panorama. Hollie and Joy were the dynamic duo of communication—quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. When an Uber fell through, Hollie even stepped in with a ride to the airport. Now that's service! Highly recommended doesn't even begin to cover it—we're already counting down the days until our next return to this incredible haven! 🏖️🌟

This stay was ABSOLUTELY PERFECTION start to finish.

We had the most incredible stay! From our initial call searching for a home until days after check out this process was sensational! The hosting company 30a beach girls is no joke. They are the go to for planning, executing, and organizing your stay. Airport transport, groceries, chef, packages unpacked and put away, photographer, extra supplies every detail was executed perfectly. The home was great, beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for gathering and the chef stated he frequents this kitchen and enjoys it. The views amazing the pool and hot tub excellent. Few items needing attention as Im sure is common end of year. I can only imagine how many people stayed here during the summer. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location, beautiful modern, well appointed home.

We rented 3 homes for our family reunion. This one was the cleanest with the best service. We had groceries stocked by 30a beach girls and they even took groceries to the other 2 homes for us! The included bonfire evening was everyones favorite night that had games and tasty treats for all. Check in and out was simple and keyless. The pool and theater room was where everyone hung the most. Amazing location and superior property manager We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location--the views were amazing from the top deck at sunset. Joy and Hollie were extremely attentive and responsive to any questions. Everything was as listed on the property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook and tons of beach towels. We want to try to make this a yearly thing!

We celebrated a milestone this weekend and had an amazing experience

Beautiful house for a relaxing and celebratory getaway. The house was exceptionally clean and gorgeous! Great location, spacious, beautiful views, lovely pool and spa, and well stocked (except for a few staples like seasonings). Theater was enjoyed by all since it was raining we couldn't hang in the pool or beach. Good for a large group. We celebrated our triplets turning 18 and it was perfect! Communication with the group at 30a Beach Girls was always quick and informative. Check in and out was electronic and simple.

Gorgeous property, amazing stay

This property exceeded all of our expectations. It is a truly beautiful house, and 30a beach girls made the process so easy. The location is perfect, the views are breathtaking, and the house is the perfect combination of big shared spaces and private restful retreats. We had a group of 17 and never felt like we were stepping on each others' toes. We spent lots of time hanging out on the balconies and pool deck during the day and in the living room and theater after dark. It was also perfectly situated for our trips to shipping, dinning and 30a. Everything was immaculate, and we loved that the managers delivered groceries, booked our chef and had balloons installed for a surprise birthday evening. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Can't say enough good things about it and 30a Beach Girls! Only negative was we had termites in one of the bathrooms one morning, but they sent housekeepers in and treated the area.

Perfect for so many reason.

Beautiful and Spacious Home with everything. The house is beautiful and spacious and was well suited for my family of nine. We woke up every morning to incredible ocean views. The beach is a short, 3-5 minute walk. The kitchen was moderately stocked with appliances and dishes. We could have used more face/wash cloths (there wasn't enough for our party for a few each) but it wasn't a big deal. The property managers are the best, very responsive to a small issue with the garbage disposal that was fixed immediately. While we didn't take advantage of the bottles of wine that greeted us upon arrival, we did eat the yummy snacks that accompanied the wine. We want to come back next year!

Close to beach & clean rooms, but neglected property

Close to beach, location was perfect, bedrooms were very clean, but the property maintenance has been neglected. The pictures that are shown online must have been taken back when the place was built, definitely do not show the current conditions. The pool/hot tub was very dirty with debris & had algae built up throughout. None of the door alarms out to the pool work & most aren’t present at all. The grill has not been cleaned in years, neither has the rusted out fan over the grill. There have been several leaks stemming from the upper roof deck, down several walls inside & all the way down to the first floor that appears to have been leaking for quite some time now. It could be a great place to stay, if it was properly maintained.

Magical vacation!

My mother in-law rented this home last year and we unfortunately didn't get to join in so this year we rented it. We had to see what all the commotion was about. If you're looking for a home that you can entertain, impress, feel spoiled in this is your home. My family was literally in heaven. They couldn't believe the house size, the pool, the view, the service. The bathrooms make you feel pampered! 30a Beach Girls provided rides from the airport, had our groceries put away, booked our pontoon and had several dinners catered in. It was magical. The house was spotless, almost everything worked, the fridge had a sub so technically we had a working fridge just not the built in fridge BUT that's the point we were taken care of! The pool was our main hang, the beach was crazy hot and so humid. There was no breeze coming off the water it was hot. We took a bike trip but it was hot, if it was cooler we would have used them more. We are planning next years trip and can't wait! This was the best trip to Destin we have had to date. My family said they'll never be able to vacation again without concierge service. Thank you for the best treatment and for living up to the hype from my in-laws!

Beautiful and HUGE!

Our annual vacation for the last 18 years has been in Destin. As we have grown to 21 people, we needed a larger place. This home was perfect, plenty of bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, enough seating in the living area, close to beach, and private large pool. Everyone we talked to at 30a beachgirls was very helpful. We had issues with the pool and the pool tech was gone before we could ask him but beach girls helped. Loved having all the bikes. We will definitely be back.

💕💕 Our family of fourteen loved our stay at this amazing vacation home. Everything was perfect. The house is spacious, high-end, and spotlessly clean, yet welcoming and super comfortable (all our daughters and daughters in law were distraught to leave). And those views! We can't wait to go back!!

This home is amazing, location is great, layout is great and the host is great. The home has everything you need plus some. The host went above and beyond to make our trip great. When the hot tub wasn't working she sent the maintenance guy over late at night and fixed the issue immediately, worker the remainder of our trip just fine. The most amazing thing, we were and a severe storm hit. She texts us to make sure we were aware and give us ideas of indoor activities to do nearby. Wonderful hospitality. Spring break stay had issues but all was handled professionally.

We had our annual visit to Destin area for spring. My parents rented this house last summer and we had an amazing time. This time I rented it with friends and we had a few issues. Pool heater acted up. 30a Beach Girls maintenance guys were over and very kind, they had to call the pool guy. It was eventually up and going. Then an appliance started acting up. Again maintenance was right over. Then some jerk hit the golf cart while on our way to dinner. Had to call 30a beach girls again. Cart had to be towed away. Communication was excellent with beach girls and they were always fast to respond. Dealing with insurance companies now on the cart accident. House is fabulous, very clean. We appreciate the help with getting things running that acted up. Will leave a 5 star because of how well we were treated and how quick beach girls responded. Trip was nice but had stresses. We are back with my parents this summer hoping no issues!

Retreat 2023!

Our church rented this home for our annual retreat. We were only able to enjoy it for one planned activity and our plans had to change. We unfortunately missed out on the bulk of the trip. We worked directly with Hollie and Trisha and they provided a plethora of contacts and ideas. Our groceries were picked up and stocked and we had our rented 30a beach girls jeeps waiting at the airport for our arrival complete with cold water. It was an easy and enjoyable transaction. We loved the hats and stickers they left for us. The house, holy cow was the house spectacular. Very clean, beautifuly decorated, and massive. My goodness it's so big! We held service in the theater room and it was incredible! All bedrooms were comfortable and had full baths. Beds made for a pleasant sleep. Every gadget one could need is in the kitchen. We had linch catered in and they loved the kitchen as much as we did. We were all thankful for how clean everything was! We are very disappointed we missed the final leg of our retreat but so blessed and thankful for the time we did get there. The home was enjoyed by all. Thank you! We hope we can try again in 2024.

You Won't Regret Staying Here!

We had 7 couples in our group. The place was very nice, spacious, well-decorated, and had just about everything you could need! No issues at all except with cold temps. The pool is heated but it was still too cold outside to enjoy, the managers tried to help us rent heaters but we couldn't find any. Kellie was very easy to communicate with! Thank you for the hospitality, 30a beach girls. We will be booking again. Will definitely recommend!!

Close to beach, managers check on you daily, excellent pool.

Loved the pool area, porches and gathering rooms…perfect for walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, and comfortable relaxing with a large group…enough room to spread out and play games along with spaces for privacy. The property had everything we needed..from the cooking/kitchen area to beach playthings and bikes. Property manager was awesome and stayed in contact with us during an appliance issue. Pool tech was very informative and after a bunch of rain had our pool sparkling. Decorations in the house were weird, we joked they must have done the thrift store challenge when they furnished it. Stop! You have to buy the item in front of you!

Great nearly beachfront property

This is our 2nd consecutive summer renting this house. We love it. It accommodates a lot of people, its has an awesome pool and hot tub, its right across from the beach, it has incredible views. Looking forward to renting this home again next summer. We had some mechanical glitches and the neighbors next door have termite issue. So we had to deal with a few things but the management company was on it it all and always responded instantly.

Absolutely Perfect Vacation!!!!

Our family of 17 stayed at “Absolutely Perfect” for a week. All I can say is it was absolutely perfect! We range in age from 2 to 69 and it was a great house for everyone! Pool was great, there is a sunshelf and this made it easy for the 2 and 3 year old to play in the water since it’s so shallow there. Everyone loved their bedrooms, the 6 and 7 year olds loved the bunks. They even had their own TV at the foot of their beds. Elevator made it very convenient since the house is 4 stories. Kitchen is massive, we could all be in there together for meals! Loved all the ice machines, we never ran out of ice! We used the movie room for movie night, lots of fun! Ten bikes are provided and we used them every day! The beach is gorgeous, we all agree it is the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! White sand, turquoise water. I don’t usually spend a lot of time in the ocean but I did here. The sand is soft and white and the water is clear! Plus it’s a quick walk to the beach. The house has everything we needed. Hollie was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns! We are already talking about our next family vacation here!

Beautiful Area but…..

This home is in a beautiful area and at first sight the home is beautiful. We have a family of 20 and there was room for all with lots of areas to gather to visit. The home just wasn’t very clean. The floors were sticky and made our feet/socks black. The pool needed servicing during the week and the area around the pool needed grooming. I contacted the the management to let them know that the home needs some TLC. Hopefully they will take care of the issues before the next renter.

We booked this property for family and friends. There were 17 of us ranging from toddles to adults. Location of property is convenient and house was spacious. When we arrived, we arrived to a very green pool. No big deal, we asked for it to be cleaned but as the cleaning service showed up, they had to call their company for further advice on how to properly care for the pool because of the shape it was in. Because of the amount of chemicals needed and safety concerns, we were advised not to use the pool. That was a huge inconvenience as we were there with many small children. At arrival and after checking in we were told that none of the golf carts were available. After many conversations with property management and 24/48 hours later, we were given golf carts. To top everything off, after 24 hours of being in the house we had a HUGE water leak. Causing the water to be shut off for more than 12 hours. Plumbing services in and out of the house. A man from the 30A company told us “this house has never had a good water system”. We’d encourage people looking at the house to continue looking.
