Meine voll eingerichtete Villa ist ein Privathaus und wird mit Service vermietet. Sie liegt am Rande von Hikkaduwa, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk vom weltbekannten Strand entfernt, mit phantastischem Blick über die Landschaft und den Bird-See. Hier verbringen Sie einen ungestörten und entspannten Urlaub.

Der Service umfaßt:

Der Preis versteht sich inkl. Haushaltsservice. Strom- und Verpflegungskosten werden extra berechnet. Die Stromkosten belaufen sich auf ca. Euro 3,00 pro Nacht und gebuchtem Schlafzimmer. Die Endreinigung ist inbegriffen. Die Kommunikation mit der Haushaltshilfe erfolgt in englisch.

Sie können die Villa komplett oder teilweise mieten. Auch wird sie zur Langzeitmiete überlassen. Der Preis hierfür ist auf Anfrage.

Zu Ihrer Information, Taxi vom Flughafen in Colombo nach Hikkaduwa kann organisiert werden. Die Kosten hierfür belaufen sich auf Euro 60,00 pro Weg. Ein Tuk-Tuk von der Villa zum Strand bzw. Ortsmitte Hikkaduwa kostet ca. Euro 1,50.

Diese Villa in Hikkaduwa liegt in ländlicher Umgebung. Jananandharamaya und Tempel Seenigama zählen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Wer etwas unternehmen möchte, wird hier fündig: Gurusinghe-Mondstein-Mine und Galle Tennis Club. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Hikkaduwa National Park und Maritime Museum. Hikkaduwa Haven

My sister and I stayed at beautiful Villa Lighthouse for two months last year from September to November, 2018. Margareth is a wonderful, friendly person and communication with her was excellent throughout the booking process and beyond. She even came to visit us to see if all was well. The house is large and characterful and has a housekeeper, Lalany. She is a very special person! She cooked the most amazing meals for us daily and we felt really and truly looked after. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. There are three bathrooms. My ensuite bathroom in the bedroom upstairs was huge.The garden is really lovely with sunbeds, seating areas and a bungalow, overlooking Bird Lake. This was a great place to sit and watch the wildlife, especially kingfishers. The pool is very good and was used every day. The house comes with a friendly pool cleaner and a night watchman. You may also meet Sameera, a very kind and helpful man who has a tuk tuk. He will take you into town, about ten minutes away, or beyond. He is very knowledgeable about the area and will help in any way that he can. He is amazing. So, would we recommend Villa Lighthouse? Absolutely yes! It was the most incredible experience for us but the people there made it all the more special - not forgetting the dogs and the cat. Thank you to everyone at Villa Lighthouse, we miss you! Wonderful stay at Villa Lighthouse

We had the Villa booked for two weeks and spend Christmas and New Year in Hikkaduwa. We have no complains about our stay: we were warmly welcomed by the owner and most nicest maid, who took care of us while we stayed there. She also did our laundry and cooked excellent food for a reasonable price, when we wanted to eat at the Villa. The house itself was perfect and clean, location is peaceful and safe, but close enough to Hikkaduwa city (30 min walk or TukTuk 5 min/2 euro). We can warmly recommend this!!! villa agreable a vivre

nous avons passé 14 jours de vacances dans une villa agréable a vivre avec des chambres très confortables, des extérieurs bien entretenus et surtout avec une gouvernante de maison super nommée lalany , gentille et dévouée, qui nous a fait découvrir la cuisine sri lankaise a tout les repas ; un vrai régal . Great for families with superb housekeeping and facilities.

The location was really good and close to the town and beach. The housekeeper Lanelle was brilliant including her cooking, she could not do enough for us. There were 3 generations of our family together and we all had a fabulous 3 weeks. The owner was lovely and made us very welcome and it felt like our own home. Three dogs and a cat shared it with us. The pool was great and was well used and maintained daily. Definitely this place was great contributor towards a fabulous and relaxing holiday. Jack and Jennie Whelan

Beautiful villa in peaceful location.

Villa Lighthouse is set around 5 minutes tuk kuk ride from Hikkaduwa. Therefore, close enough to enjoy the beach, bars and restaurants but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the town. The villa is beautifully decorated to western tastes and has all the amenities you would want. The garden is lovely and overlooks a nearby lake. The owners dogs and cat made it a real home from home. The pool was cleaned daily as was our bedroom with a plentiful supply of towels. We enjoyed breakfast every day which was lovely and plentiful and also enjoyed one evening meal. You pay extra for the ingredients but not the cooking of it. Sri Lanka is a very safe country but there is also a night watchman to look after you as well. If you want to dine out but don't want to go into the town there is a lovely hotel/restaurant 2 doors down so that was also a bonus. Highly recommended.

I'm born in the Netherlands and have been living in Sri Lanka since 2004. I constructed the Villa Lighthouse and would be happy to welcome you in my villa. It is a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful surrounding. Hikkaduwa has one of the most beautiful beaches and coral reefs and is known as a surfer paradise. You also will find diving schools as well as a lot of beach clubs and restaurants. Upon request I can arrange for massage treatments in my house.

Villa Lighthouse is not just a holiday Villa. It is a place which will give you and your family immediately a real home stay feeling.

My place is especially recommended for wedding couples. The pool room is having a great romantic atmosphere. You will not be disappointed.

During your stay you do not have to bother about anything. You will experience great hospitality, great service, a top chef to cook, laundry service, everyday pool cleaning, very clean atmosphere - all ingredients you need to have for dream holiday.

In my place everything is included except electricity. For example the costs for electricity amount to approximately Euro 3,00 per night and bedroom.

For your information, transportation by taxi or van from the airport to my place can be arranged for Euro 60,00.
A tuk-tuk from the Villa to Hikkaduwa beach or centre can be arranged for Euro 1,50 one way.
