Private enterance, 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house with private heated saltwater pool. This place is conveniently located with walking distance to the Beach, Grocery shopping and Lauderdale-By-the-Sea amazing restaurants and nightlife.

The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a sleeping sofa that folds out to a twin bed. The 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed. There is exta blowup matress available in the house!

This unit is a part of a duplex. The pool area is not shared! It is only used by this unit!

The laundry room is shared with the other unit in the building.
The nextdoor unit is a 700 sqft 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom and is also for rent.
Let us know if you need a packnplay and highchair for your child.

Ocean Vacation

Our family enjoyed spending vacation time at this property. 8 minute walk to either the ocean, shopping or restaurants. 25 minutes from FLL airport. It was pretty quiet neighborhood. The house has been stocked with everything needed during vacation: in the kitchen for cooking, with plenty of beach goods and well equipped private pool area. Every room had its own mini-split a/c unit which operated very quietly and kept us in the comfort. There was a step between the main area and the sun room, which required attention while walking. Noticed many doors, but it did not bother us too much. Kitchen area was compact but functional. There was plenty of parking spaces assigned to the properly. Sofia and Mike responded to a couple of our requests promptly. There was no special checkout rules, giving us freedom to liberally follow general sense principles.

Awesome Place

Perfect vacation. Home is beautiful. Loved having the hut around the pool for shade. Sound of waterfall in pool was very relaxing. The manager Sofie was awesome..she came by to make sure everything was working properly. Stayed a week and never got bored. Went with 3 friends. Everything was in walking distance. Friday and Saturday night live music. We hit happy hour every night for reasonable priced drinks and food. Never had a bad meal. Highly recommend this place. Don’t think we could have found a more perfect place and Sofie answered the phone everytime we had any questions. 5 star vacation.

Perfect Spot

This property is a spacious two bedroom house with plenty of living space. The pool is a great size in a very private backyard with beautiful landscaping. It's a quick walk to everything -we didn't even rent a car. The house was spotless and everything worked perfectly.

Beautiful home Great location

We went into this rental blindly, and could not be more pleased. It was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped. Walking or Circuit for easy getting around. Great restaurants and access to the to the beach. The back was perfect with the pool and the tiki hut kept the sun off of us if we wanted. We will definitely look into renting here again. Sofia Carlsson was so helpful with any questions or problems that arose. All in all a wonderful vacation for all of us.

lovely property

This is a lovely house in a quiet Lauderdale-by-the-Sea neighborhood, very walkable, and accessible to the beach, the restaurants, Publix (very important), and Kilwins Ice Cream (extremely important). No need for a car if you like walking. The house is clean and furnished comfortably, with a bright sunroom in which we enjoyed having breakfast and lunch. It overlooks the pool (nicely lit at night), which has plenty of seating and a lovely tiki hut for shade. For beach goers, the house has beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for transporting stuff. A nice touch. A few issues: the pool was great to cool off in, but in our case, a bit too cool, as the heater wasn’t working. In addition, there was a gas odor when it kicked on; notified the property manager, who might have responded more promptly. We shut down the heater, which wasn’t fixed until a day before our one week stay ended. Also, an animal left a gift on the top step of the pool during our stay, an issue that was certainly beyond the control of the host, however, wasn’t dealt with as promptly as we had hoped for. Ultimately, the host was gracious in dealing with the issue. All in all, a great week, despite these few bumps. We do recommend this house rental for a fun and relaxing stay. --

Wonderful house, extremely clean, good location

The house was absolutely spotless and even better than shows in pictures. Very spacious, had everything needed, and the pool was great. On quiet street but within easy walking distance of Publix grocery, the beach, and the Commercial Dr restaurants. We used the LBS free on demand Circuit bus to get around town also.

Close to everything!

We loved the location because it was within walking distance to the beach, to a playground, to downtown restaurants and to Publix! We never had to get in our car the entire time we were there. And we had so much fun with our grandson playing in the pool in the backyard! It was a perfect vacation!

Even better than on the pictures

Everything is within walkable distance, we didn't even rent a car. The backyard and pool area were amazing. The pictures don't even make it justice. House is super clean and well maintained.
