Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and luxurious 3 bedrooms heated pool home. Located 4 minutes from the hard rock. This home seats on a canal with long deck overlooking the water. Watch ducks, birds, geese and turtles swim along while relaxing on the deck. Swim in the new infinity saltwater pool while enjoying the water fountains. master bedroom with in suite step free shower. jet system. smart TV's. chef kitchen. remodeled by one of the best designers. A vacation Home like no other.

We do not interact with the guest. But we are always available for questions, guidance or emergencies.

Beautiful waterfront property in a family neighborhood. Close to hard rock casino. No parties allowed.
No music, loud conversations, or noises after 10pm.

Guest have the entire house to themselves. The driveway have 4 parking spaces.
Big capacity washer and drier in the home.

Clean and fresh. Big kitchen fully equipped. Master bedroom with in suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms and guest bathroom. Smart TVs . Comfortable and luxurious living room. Heated infinity pool with fountains. Weber gas grill.

Located on a dead end street. Safe and quiet. The Large driveway in front of the home, Can fit 4 cars comfortably.

We do have a privacy mesh to cover the fence on the water edge. It is for privacy purpose- it is not child proof. We can install upon request.
Also, we do not allow parties at our property. A noise ordinance at 10pm is in effect at the town of Davie, and is strictly enforced.

Spring Break Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Our party had 10 guests and we were very comfortable in the house and around the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Clean house, large backyard with a great view of the casino which is lit up all night with different lights. Warm, salty water in the pool (cool at night in February). Whenever we would write to Galit, the answer was lightning fast. The beach is 25 minutes from the house. The only drawback is that the queen size bed creaked a lot even when you just turn over, and in the backyard when we were playing with a ball it would fall into the canal a lot because there is nothing stopping it from falling. But in general these little things did not prevent us from having a wonderful, enjoyable vacation. Thank you .

Great vacation for big family!

This was a great home for us and our extended family for coming to town for a family member’s birthday. It was clean and well stocked for littles with high chair and bed and the pool was warm and comfortable. Location was great and owner were attentive!! Would stay here again for sure:)

Nice comfortable and clean home

We had an enjoyable stay at this property. Check in and check out were very simple and the owner was easily reachable. The home is well maintained (including the pool area) and it's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is very close to a grocery store. We'd stay here again if in the area.

Great house

Our stay at this house was very nice. The house is really well appointed and very clean. The property manager allowed us to check in very early since our flight landed before check in time. We did have to have two plumbers come on the same day to fix some issues but they were done very promptly. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom is extremely hot. We set the house temperature down to 68, and the master bedroom stayed hot. Maybe the air needs to be balanced.?

Family Vacation

Beautiful house!! The bathrooms and bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable. The backyard was a home run. Comfortable outside furniture and heated outdoor pool. Would definitely stay at this house again as it was in a great location.

Nice place, good location

Very nice house. My only suggestion would be to have some dressers in the closets in the 2 smaller bedrooms. There was nowhere to put folded clothing, etc... But overall the place was very nice.

Location location, great stay

We were a family of 5 plus grandma, the house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable and had everything one needs. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels and the communication with us was great at all time. We checked in really late and it was seamless. I will recommend this house to all my friends and family and will be sure to come back.

Wonderful property

The house was exactly as pictured. It is very well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. The backyard is lovely and the pool was nice and warm. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning there and seeing all the birds and wildlife There were six adults and the bedrooms were perfect for us. There is a Publix supermarket down the street also. It’s close to the Hardrock Casino and you can see the light show of the guitar from the backyard at night. The host Galit was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was as a pleasure staying here for the week.

We actually arrive to property but left within an hour to stay in an hotel. Unfortunately for us this place didn’t work. Cleanliness and security are my top concerns. The property wasn’t as clean as expected and there was a malfunctioning window in front of home (street view) that was unable to be closed and insects were entering property. I also worried about our safety due to it. Also no window covering on slider and door lock was questionable. The host was prompt in responding, no issues there. I did inform him of our concerns. Offered to have window checked out but I told him we had left. The furnishing were fine but kitchen could use some additional items to function better, it was average.

Smoking home!

This is a very nice home, however, the home was not listed accurately on VRBO. It’s listed as “smoking not permitted,” but upon arrival the house smelled of marijuana and heavy cigarette smoke. I immediately contacted the property management company and they were very responsive by sending an air purifier and a candle. Unfortunately, this did not remedy the problem as once a home has been smoked in it must be professionally cleaned to eliminate the smell. We had several other maintenance issues while there for our short stay and they were handled quickly. I spoke to the property management company and it was explained to me all of their other properties were full for the weekend (since there was a large concert in town) and it was my choice to stay. I asked where I was supposed to stay and was told “it wasn’t for her to figure out” and then went on to tell me “it didn’t smell like smoke” even though the kind lady who dropped off the air purifier told us she couldn’t smell anything since she smoked until 2 years ago.

Property was good, but the exterior doors to outside were very old and hard to close. Unfortunately, when we arrived prior people smoked in the house, which made two people in our party ill due to allergies. The smell lasted three days at a minimum, even with the cleaning crew bringing candles in to mitigate the odor. We tried leaving doors open but the flies were everywhere. The back sliding door needs to be replaced because it was hard to open. The door lacked a handle, and looks like a bb was shot at the door.

Fort Lauderdale Fun

There were 6 adults and one infant in our party. The house was fantastic and Galit responded to any questions I had very quickly. The location was perfect for us, handy to all the events we were taking in. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Home!

We had a lovely stay at this home! Everything was fresh and clean! The outdoor space is amazing! The pool and outdoor space was our favorite part :)l This is a great getaway for a family vacation! Galit was such a wonderful host and very communicative :)
