TRASH:
There are 2 trash bins in front one for trash and one for recycling. Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday, no need to do anything we have a service to take and replace the trash cans.
AMENITIES:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: one roll of paper towels, one small liquid dish soap, 2 dish washer pods, 2 laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom trash can liners, one hand soap and face soap in each bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. These are travel size items, please be prepared to purchase more to get you through your stay.
We provide towels for bathing and bedding but please bring your own beach towels.
REFUNDS:
We adhere to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking and strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. Please note that hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30 each year. We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues or circumstances beyond our control. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip from any unexpected disruptions.

HOUSE RULES:
☞Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be prompted to sign a rental agreement outlining the guidelines and house rules. We use approved API-connected software, allowing guests to easily set up their security deposit and sign the agreement.
☞Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit will be placed on hold by the host 1 day before check-in and released 3 days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank's processing times.
☞Trip Insurance/Refunds: We recommend purchasing trip insurance for weather or health-related emergencies. Please note that no refunds or date changes are allowed after the free cancellation period.
☞Rental Age Policy: Must be 25 years or older reserve the home AND must be present for the entire duration of the stay. No third party bookings permitted.
☞Occupancy: Max occupancy is 10 (including children). Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
☞Visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted under any circumstances. Unregistered guests will incur a charge of $150 per night per person. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, a $500 over-limit fee will be applied. No exceptions will be made.
☞Parking: Parking is available for up to 4 cars. No street or remote parking available. Do not park on the grass.
☞No Parties: Parties are not allowed. Do not tape or tie banners or balloons anywhere on the property. You, as the person who made the booking, will be responsible for any damages and additional cleaning fees.
☞Check-In: No need for keys! We have a smart lock for self check in. Check-in anytime after 4pm. Early check-ins incur a $50-$100 fee, subject to cleaner availability and not offered during peak seasons or holidays.
☞Late Checkout: We cannot accommodate late check-outs. Check-out is by 10 AM.
☞No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fine, loss of the security deposit, and additional charges for any damages incurred.
☞Security Cameras: There are 2 surveillance cameras at the property—one above the parking area and one at the staircase. Both cameras will be active and recording during your stay. Please do not tamper with them.
☞Bugs Inside Home: We have monthly pest control, but due to our natural beach setting, occasional bugs may appear. Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to help minimize this.
☞Power Outages: Electricity, internet, and cable services may be interrupted during storms or due to issues beyond our control. While such disruptions are rare and typically resolved within a few hours, we cannot offer refunds for outages, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
☞Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the neighbors. Violations will result in a $250 fine, loss of the security deposit, and immediate eviction without a refund.
☞Restricted Items: No candles, confetti, hair dye or glitter! Use of any of these will result in a $100 fee, plus charges for any damages caused.
☞Showers: When showering, keep shower curtain liner inside the tub and completely closed.
☞Toilets: Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. No feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, cleaning wipes or trash.
☞Items left behind: Host assumes no responsibility for any items left behind, and regrettably, we are unable to assist with retrieving or shipping such items.
☞Additional Supplies: We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, soap and coffee. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
PET RULES:
☞Pet fee: DOGS ONLY. $150 for up to 2 dogs, each 50 lbs or less. Please make sure it is accounted for on your reservation. $200 fee/pet for nondisclosure.
☞Supervision: Do not leave your dog/s unsupervised in the home, if you need to leave them they must be crated.
Dogs must be on leash anytime they are outside the home.
☞Furniture & Bedrooms: Pet/s are not allowed on the furniture or bedrooms.
☞Potty Trained: Must be fully house-trained.
☞Clean up: Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bins.
☞Do not allow dogs in the backyard sand.
