Choose either the Captain’s Quarter or Mermaid’s Quarter to rest after a long fun filled day. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed. Enjoy water views from the sun-room, dock or hang out in Rod’s Roost pool side. Reminisce about your day’s adventures around the fire pit soaking in the beautiful night sky. You have access to your own private pool, dock and kayaks . Enjoy all the coastal wildlife, including dolphins and manatees who often make an appearance in the lagoon.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that outdoor noise be kept at a minimum from 9pm- 8am. Absolutely no parties or added guests who were not disclosed when the rental was secured. If either are violated you’ll be ask to leave and any refund would be forfeited.
