Super clean! Enjoy a top of the line stay with everything you need at your fingertips. Great location and close to state park, shopping and restaurants. You can park on the same floor to avoid elevators! Fully equipped kitchen, New La-Z-Boy recliner, 75 inch 4K Sony television and large TV's throughout with Blu-Ray players in every room. 12 foot floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of ocean and lots of comfortable seating. The master has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 queens, 3rd bedroom has 2 Full beds. The living has new (12/22) Queen (pull out) sofa and a twin (pull out) sofa. Lots of extra amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and wagon for the beach. There is also a pack and play crib and high chair available, if needed.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The whole experience was amazing starting from my online communication with the host through our entire stay. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating when I requested an early check in. We were blown away by the condo and all of its amenities! The actual condo was spacious, open and a perfect place for a group of high school friends to catch up! We were also extremely impressed with the fact that the condo had an adult only pool right next to the bar and grille with frozen drinks and great pool food! I cannot recommend the host and condo enough! As my sister said, “BEST TRIP EVER!”

Family Time

This property was an excellent choice for our family vacation. We had plenty of room...kitchen was furnished well...and a good sized washer and dryer. The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped but it wouldn't keep us from staying again.

Great location

Steve’s condo is great! Communication was timely. We had plenty of room for 12 people, 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-15). Kitchen essentials were provided. Location of condo is perfect. Close to everything. Love having the choice of being at the beach or pool. Water for outdoor pool/lazy river was pretty cold but didn’t stop the kids. Hope to have an opportunity to stay again in the future.

Labor Day Trip

This condo was very clean and spacious for our large group. So nice to have easy beach access and the owners provided extra beach chairs, wagon and umbrella that came in handy. Only drawback was the limited parking and the extra parking passes were pricey. Overall great experience and we will be back!!

Beach Trip

Condo is very nice, spacious and has a lot of amenities. Kids loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Access to the beach was awesome. Owners very prompt to resolve issues. Only drawback to this property is limited parking and confusion about wrist bands. But we made it work. Awesome family vacation.

Great Stay

The accomodations were great for our family renunion. We had a few problems but none that were a big problem other than we discovered the toilet in the front left bedroom had a leak.We turned the water off so that it wouldn't continue to leak after we left until it could be fixed. Tried to report it before we left but no one was at the desk when I went down to service desk. They provided us with the extra parking passes we need for our vehicles since we came from different areas. Also, the Keurig coffee pot and the slow cooker didn't work, but not a problem. Overall our stay was fantastic!!!

Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful time at the Phoenix West II Condominiums in Orange Beach! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The staff is constantly cleaning the premises! There are plenty of things to do for all ages, if you don’t want to go to the beach! We loved being able to walk out onto the beach and not have to cross the street. Whether it was early morning walks, swimming in the ocean, relaxing on the beach, fishing, going down the water slide, floating the lazy river, swimming in the outdoor/indoor pools, enjoying the hot tubs, and sweating in the saunas…it was an amazing trip! We will do it again!!!! Thank you to our host!!! #903

Great place and great amenities

The unit is very spacious and had more than enough room for the family. The owner provided some nice extras, a couple of beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella and a pack n play. There's a indoor pool, outdoor pool, a lazy river with a fun slide, and of course, the beach. I would highly recommend it.

Frustrated Mixed Review - Unacceptable

Phoenix West II was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities exactly as pictured. The beach was lovely, and our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Our unit, 903, was incredible, and we fell in love with it immediately. However, there were some problems that will keep us from coming back. First, there were problems with the condo, and there was no one on site to fix them. The TV in the Master Bedroom and Living Room did not work, one toilet would not flush, and another toilet sprayed water out the side when you flushed it. There was no bedding for the pull-out couches in the living room. We were told by the front desk that we had to contact the owner about these problems. A plumber came out the next day at 1:00 and did not have the parts to fix the toilets, but at least got them going. My daughter-in-law finally got the TV’s working. My husband and I slept under beach towels so the kids could have the comforters. The biggest problem was the parking. I read reviews after I made our reservations stating that only two parking passes are issued per condo. I called VRBO to cancel our reservation because that was a deal breaker. I was ASSURED that we would have NO PROBLEM getting the third parking permit this time of year. I was also told that the overflow parking was “right across the street.” We were instructed to take our third vehicle to an unsecured gravel church parking lot 3.2 miles away that cost more than the condo parking! We saw no reason for this because both the 8th and 9th floor were only half full all week. We later learned that this is an HOA rule, not a Phoenix West II policy. I was then told by another guest that they had to pay for two parking permits, even though they only needed one. As well, the first three floors of the parking garage were blocked off the entire week for maintenance. Why wasn’t that scheduled for January and February instead of over the holidays? It is asinine to rent a unit that occupies 14 people, and then only allow 2 parking permits. You cannot fit 11 people in two vehicles, let alone 14. The area is beautiful, and our grandchildren had the time of their lives. The maintenance problems in the condo were annoying, but did not ruin our trip. The problems we encountered with the HOA parking policy, however, are unacceptable. We hope to return to the area again because it is AMAZING in so many ways. We will not be staying in a condo because of the parking.

Spacious condo with updated decor.

Lovely condo in lovely development!!! Great amenities!!! Good location for us, clean, safe & easy check-in. Our family had a wonderful time!!! The biggest complaint is the sofa is unacceptable. Looks beautiful in the photos, but we celebrated my 70th birthday there. I could hardly climb out of it once seated!!! It’s obviously not an expensive sofa, very worn, so get a replacement, same color, same style. I wouldn’t rent again if not replaced. Also in late October, we needed some cotton blankets. It cooled off, I was fine but others needed something extra. I sleep with more than 1 pillow, so some extra pillowcases would be nice. We throughly enjoyed our time on the beach. Your condo fit our needs very well. Would love for this to be an annual trip! Thank you, Lynne

Great condo on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite things was that we were able to park on the floor that the condo was on. The kids and grandparents enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. Everything was clean and neat, and it was a wonderful experience. Be careful about the beach equipment storage by the pool (this had nothing to do with this particular room). We saw that lots of people were leaving their chairs there so that they could use them the next day without having to take them up the elevators, but when we came back the next day our chairs were gone. Other than that, we loved it!

Phoenix West II

Overall experience was great. The only issue we had was that the elevator bank on the 9th floor where we stayed was malfunctioning and would not allow you to go down. We would either have to take the stairs to another floor and catch the elevator the rest of the way down, or take the elevator up and then back down. With the traffic in the building this was an inconvenience at times.
