Contemporary architecture in a newly built and luxury townhouse part of the La Finca de Marbella complex, situated in a unique nature surrounded location. Sitting high on the hillside, this excellent lease offers endless ocean views from its terrace on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
With an innovative design, it will make you feel the calm, warm and powerful atmosphere of Costa de Sol. You will find a peaceful retreat and take advantage of its rooftop infinity pool, exclusive amenities, including a BBQ where you will create unforgettable memories with your family or friends.
The stunning outside areas are a good combination of comfort, luxury and privacy, ready to enjoy any time of the year. The dining table on the porch is the perfect spot for an enjoyable breakfast, lunch or dinner, while the terraces offer privacy and seclusion under the sun, along with peaceful views, especially from the rooftop deck.

As much as we love animals, this place is not created for our lovely little friends & we ask you kindly to respect our pet-free rule so people who are allergic also can visit. For special inquiry regarding animals whom do not spread allergies, please ask us for assistance.
• No Parties
Day or night doesn't matter. Daytime music shall be at levels so only your own townhouse hear the music & nighttime 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some "party friendly" properties.
• No Drugs
It’s absolutely forbidden in our urbanization. To avoid a bad experience for both you as a traveler & our neighbours -we kindly ask you to respect this drug free rule since its on 0 tolerance. (Children friendly area)
• Pool Area
Also made for a relaxed manner. It’s not meant to play football like some tenants have done but for relaxation haha. In case you looking to have a great time we would advise you to join Aqua Mijas for a day instead. It’s a water park approx 30 min from the home.
• Covid Rules
In general we cannot host more than 10 people in the same time due to Covid-19 rules of Andalusia. This means more than 10 people at the same time cannot be visited in the property due to laws, including if you invite over people for dinners etc.
• The SOS button
Not meant to push, but instead call 112 in case of emergency for quicker & better help.
• Security deposit
1.000€ being paid upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer. Failure to respect of the community or breaking stuff in the home will be penalized with chargeback of the deposit & possible leaving the home before organized check-out date. If you do respect the house rules you will of course get the full amount back.
Easy said: The urbanization is well organized & have high standards - meaning you arrive to a very luxurious gated community. Simply behave like your neighbours as respect to each other for everyone’s best. We really want you to enjoy Marbella as much you can. And therefore by following this simple rules we can ensure everyone stays happy!
• Check in is in between 15.00-20.00PM at arrival.
Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 50 Euros (Inbetween 20.00-03.00).
• Check-out is latest 11AM when you are heading home again. Its possible to request late check-out for an additional fee.
• We are open to rent out as a long term option from 1 October - 1 April at 6,000Euros/month.
