Gorgeous beaches meet beautiful living spaces with this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom slice of paradise beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach Florida! This 11th floor unit at Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 1 features a king size bed in the Master Bedroom as well as a private bath with large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bunk bed with an additional sleeper sofa and single sofa bed in the common area and shares the second bath with the living space. The beachfront condo overlooks the Lagoon Pool and features two full bathrooms, full kitchen with wet bar, and plenty of space in the common area for you and the family to relax while watching waves in at the Gulf Of Mexico oceanfront Edgewater Resort complex.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach and check in on arrival day. If party checking in is under 25 they will be denied access.

We loved it!

We absolutely loved this condo and the resort of course. We have come to Edgewater 3 years in a row, and this was our favorite condo. It’s so spacious! The water pressure in the showers was great. The view is amazing. We seriously had no complaints and hope to stay here again next year!

Great place

This property was great …. Love the LEATHER furniture, I always look for that versus cloth furniture. I feel it’s cleaner because you can wipe it with Lysol. We’re Delta Covid survivors (both of us literally almost died) that’s why cleanliness and germs are VIP to us… would have liked a better broom!

Great stay at the beach

I was very pleased with our stay! The condo was very clean and exactly as it was pictured in the photos. I had a couple of questions before we got there and Cort was super responsive. It was great proximity to the pool and beach. If we have another dance competition at this resort, we will book this condo again!!!

We visited Florida in February to escape the cold winter weather at home. We had a great visit. My husband is in a wheelchair which made the tight doorways and maneuvering around in the bedroom difficult. 9:00 check-out was hard but the rest of our stay was great!

View is spectacular. Unit was exactly as pictured in the listing, however there is more wear and tear than we expected. Would have liked to have some written instructions as to how to change the temperature (we did eventually figure it out) and how to raise and lower the window blinds (we found the remote but only 1 of the 4 blinds actually went up and down). Thank you for giving us until 10:00 am to check out instead of the required 9:00 am. The resort is wonderful and it was especially nice having a restaurant on-site.

We love Edgewater

We stay at this resort each time we come to PCB. We love the pool and being directly on the beach. Beware that Memorial Day weekend is now “grad week” so lots of high schoolers come down. Since we have young kids, we will start coming another week.

Perfect weekend trip

Visited for a short trip for a sporting event at the conference center. Condo had everything we needed. The beach access was great for a quick walk on the beach. Close to plenty of dining options and attractions.
