This one-bedroom, one-bath condo at The Rockies is the perfect retreat for a couple or a family with small children.

Newly remodeled, this condo features an open living/kitchen area with a plush sleeper sofa, dining table for five, and a beautiful gas fireplace. The private patio is the perfect place to relax and gaze up at the mountain - no matter the season.

The kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, and cabinets and is equipped with everything you need to dine in or whip up a quick snack, and if you open the drapes of the sliding glass door you'll have one of the best views of the mountain as your backdrop.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a mountain view. The bathroom is located just outside in the hallway and has a new walk-in shower. The sofa sleeper pulls out for another queen bed.

Bring your skis in and store them on the balcony. There is room for all your gear on the hooks just inside the front door.

The Rockies complex is just 400 yards from the base of the ski area and Gondola Square (a 5-minute walk). It has a large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a very large parking lot, and a yard. In summer, there is a sand volleyball court in the back.

The Rockies HOA provides complimentary Winter Shuttle Service to the mountain and downtown from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. There are several bus stops around the premises where you can catch the free bus to the mountain and downtown as well.

A/C: NO ( The Vast Majority of units in Steamboat do not have A/C and it is usually not needed. Fans Available in the unit. )

No Pets. (Although there are reviews from renters with pets, our policy has changed and pets are not allowed.)
